Przedmiotem projektu jest przygotowanie SP w Połomi do realizacji działań ukierunkowanych na wspieranie rozwoju ucznia młodszego w procesie przekraczania progu szkolnego, oraz do prowadzenia procesu indywidualizacji pracy z uczniem ze spec. potrzebami eduk., w tym z ucz. z niepełnosprawnością. Celem głównym jest poprawa jakości edukacji w SP w Połomi oraz zniwelowanie problemów ucz. młodszego oraz ucz. ze spec. potrzebami eduk. Grupę docelową stanowią ucz. z sołectw Połomi i Gogołowej należących do gm. Mszana, woj. śląskiego. Zadania w projekcie: zajęcia prowadzone nowoczesnymi metodami z wykorzystaniem TIK: adaptacyjne, terapii pedagogicznej, korekcyjne, logopedyczne i wyrównawcze. Liczba uczniów objętych wsparciem w zakresie rozwijania kompetencji kluczowych: 232 ucz. klas pierwszych i czwartych, 6 ucz. o specjalnych potrzebach edukacyjnych klas piątych i szóstych oraz 1 ucz. z niepełnosprawnością w terminie od 1.02.2016 r. do 31.01.2018 r. The subject of the project is to prepare the SP in Polomi for the implementation of actions aimed at supporting the development of a younger student in the process of exceeding the school threshold, and to conduct the process of individualisation of work with a student with special educational needs, including students with disabilities. The main goal is to improve the quality of education in the SP in Połomi and to remedy the problems of the younger learner and learner with special needs of education. The target group consists of scholars from the villages of Połomi and Gogołowa belonging to Mszana, Silesian Voivodeship. Tasks in the project: classes conducted by modern ICT methods: adaptation, pedagogical, corrective, speech therapy and compensatory therapy. Number of pupils supported in the development of key competences: 232 first and fourth class learners, 6 pupils with special educational needs of fifth and sixth grades and 1 students with disabilities from 1.02.2016 to 31.01.2018.
