Projekt jest odpowiedzią na trudną sytuację rodzin, która dzięki jego realizacji może ulec znaczącej poprawie. Ma to się odbyć poprzez dostęp do usług wsparcia rodziny oraz działania na rzecz rozwoju specjalistycznych usług opiekuńczych. GD będą osoby wykluczone, zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym i ich otoczenie 212 osób: os. dorosłe 136 (89 K, 47M) i w wieku (1-18)lat 76(38 K, 38 M) z terenu Gminy Buczkowice. CEL: Wzrost dostępności i jakości usług społecznych zapobiegających ubóstwu i wykluczeniu społecznemu. Zadania: Rozszerzenie oferty wsparcia świetlicy środowiskowej w tym z programem socjoterapeutycznym, zakup i montaż wyposażenia, zakup pomocy dydaktycznych. Zatrudnienie nauczyciele realizujący zajęcia, pomoc psychologiczna oraz grupa wsparcia a także zatrudnienie opiekunów środowiskowych i asystenta rodziny. Okres: 1.01.2018-31.12.2019 r. The project is a response to the difficult situation of families, which can be significantly improved thanks to its implementation. This is to be done through access to family support services and actions for the development of specialised care services. GD will be excluded, at risk of poverty or social exclusion and around 212 people: adults 136 (89 K, 47M) and age (1-18)years 76(38 K, 38 M) from Buczkowice commune. OBJECTIVE: Increase the availability and quality of social services to prevent poverty and social exclusion. Tasks: Extension of the offer of support for the community centre, including the sociotherapeutic programme, purchase and assembly of equipment, purchase of teaching aids. Employment of teachers performing classes, psychological assistance and support group, as well as the employment of environmental caregivers and family assistants.
