Centrum Leczenia Oparzeń im.dr Stanisława Sakiela wraz z NZLA ALFAMED w Siemianowicach Śląskich jest realizatorem projektu Program poprawy dostępności i efektywności leczenia pozaszpitalnego dla pacjentów obciążonych raną przewlekłą. Celem jest poprawa jakości życia oraz zapobieganie hospitalizacji tych pacjentów przez wzmocnienie roli POZ w procesie diagnostyki,leczenia i profilaktyki. Programem objęci zostaną pacjenci (32K i 20M) z ograniczoną sprawnością, obciążeni trudno gojącą się raną, których udział w życiu społecznym i rodzinnym jest zaburzony oraz ich opiekunowie. Kompleksowa diagnostyka i usługi środowiskowe lekarza, pielęgniarki, rehabilitanta i psychologa oraz edukacja pacjenta, rodziny i środowiska zwiększą szanse na osiągnięcie celu.Wprowadzenie e-konsultacji poprawi dostęp do usług specjalisty, a szkolenia i warsztaty dla kadr POZ pozwolą na skuteczne leczenie i profilaktykę. Dr. Stanislaw Sakiel Burn Treatment Centre together with NZLA ALFAMED in Siemianowice Śląskie is the project’s programme to improve the availability and effectiveness of out-of-hospital treatment for patients with chronic wounds. The aim is to improve the quality of life and prevent hospitalisation of these patients by strengthening the role of GP in the process of diagnosis, treatment and prevention. The programme will include patients (32K and 20M) with reduced performance, burdened with a difficult healing wound, whose participation in social and family life is affected and caregivers. Comprehensive diagnostics and environmental services of a doctor, nurse, rehabilitist and psychologist, as well as patient, family and environment education will increase the chances of achieving the goal.Introduction of e-consultation will improve access to the services of the specialist, and training and workshops for GH staff will allow for effective treatment and prevention.
