W ramach projektu firma wdroży produkcję innowacyjnych procesowo i produktowo (nieznanych i niestosowanych) wysokoelastycznych membran dyspersyjno-emulsyjnych, zróżnicowanych pod względem grubości oraz możliwości stosowania. Membrany charakteryzują się odpornością na niskie i wysokie temperatury (-20 do +60oC), posiadają wskaźnik nawrotu sprężystego na poziomie 30%, wysoki wskaźnik wulkanizacji, są odporne na uszkodzenia mechaniczne oraz są trudnościeralne. Przeznaczone będą dla branży budownictwa drogowego oraz kubaturowego. Innowacja produktowa oraz procesowa została opracowana przez firmę na bazie własnej pracy badawczej. Bezpośrednim wynikiem inwestycji będzie zakup linii technologicznej (zaprojektowanej przez firmę), oprogramowania do zarządzania odpadami, wdrożenie własnych prac B+R, dywersyfikacja działalności, zdobycie nowych rynków zbytu, zwiększenie eksportu, poprawa BHP oraz stworzenie 5 nowych etatów. Inwestycja pozytywnie wpływa na wybrane polityki horyzontalne UE. (Polish)

As part of the project, the company will implement the production of innovative process and product (unknown and unused) high elastic dispersion-emulsion membranes, varying in thickness and application possibilities. Diaphragms are characterised by resistance to low and high temperatures (-20 to + 60 °C), have a spring recurrence rate of 30 %, a high vulcanisation rate, are resistant to mechanical damage and are difficult to use. They will be designed for the road construction and cubature industry. Product innovation and process innovation was developed by the company on the basis of its own research work. The direct result of the investment will be the purchase of a technological line (designed by the company), waste management software, implementation of own R & D works, diversification of activities, acquisition of new markets, increased exports, improvement of health and safety and creation of 5 new jobs. The investment has a positive impact on selected EU horizontal policies. (English)
