Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja budynku mieszkalnego wielorodzinnego będącego własnością Miasta Ruda Śląska. W ramach projektu nastąpi poprawa efektywności energetycznej budynku uzyskana poprzez przeprowadzenie termomodernizacji polegającej na ociepleniu ścian zewnętrznych wraz z cokołem, ociepleniu stropu piwnic, ociepleniu stropu nad ostatnią kondygnacją, wymianie stolarki drzwiowej, wykonaniu instalacji centralnego ogrzewania w celu podłączenia budynku do sieci ciepłowniczej oraz wykonaniu izolacji przeciwwilgociowej budynku. The subject of the project is the thermal modernisation of a multi-family residential building owned by the City of Ruda Śląska. The project will improve the energy efficiency of the building achieved through thermal modernisation consisting of warming the outer walls with a pedestal, warming the ceiling of the cellars, warming the ceiling over the last floor, replacing the door carpentry, carrying out a central heating system in order to connect the building to the heating network and perform damp insulation of the building.
