Poprawa funkcjonowania społeczno-edukacyjno-emocjonalnego 30 dzieci (20K i 10M) zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, zamieszkujących na terenie powiatu przemyskiego poprzez objęcie wsparciem w ramach Placówki Wsparcia Dziennego w formie opiekuńczo-specjalistycznej w okr. 01.12.2018-31.12.2020. Cele szczeg. (realizacja w okresie): 1. zwiększenie dostępności usług społ. w zakr. wsparcia rodziny w formie powiatowej PWD (30 miejsc świadczenia usług społ.) 2. poprawa w zakr. posiadanych dysfunkcji, trudności, deficytów u min. 21 dzieci/ K: 14 i 7 M 3. wzrost kompetencji kluczowych u min. 21 dzieci/ 14 K i 7M W ramach projektu zrealizowan zostaną 2 zadania: Z1-zorientowane na przygot. obiektu do funkcjonowania PWD oraz organizacji bieżącej działalność placówki (zatrudnienie wymaganego przepisami prawa personelu). W ramach zadania zostaną oprac. dokumenty regulujące funkcjonowanie PWD oraz utworzone zostanie 30 miejsc świadczenia usług społecznych (fizycznych). Z2-w ramach którego prowadzone będzie wsparcie w zakresie kompetencji kluczowych oraz terapeutyczne i socjotereaptuczne wykraczające poza standardowe działania realizowane przez wychowawców PWD Główne wskaźniki zaplanowane do osiągnięcia: Wersja: 2.0 wniosku o dofinansowanie projektu w ramach RPO WP 2014-2020 Suma kontrolna: 0008345/2/2/2/4/4/9/2/13/15/3/9/9/3/7/0/4/2 1. Liczba wspartych w programie miejsc świadczenia usług społecznych, istniejących po zakończeniu projektu - 30 2. Liczba dzieci zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ., u których zaobserwowano poprawę w zakr. posiadanych dysfunkcji, deficytów i trudności - 21 3.L. dzieci, u których odnotowano wzrost kompetencji kluczowych w procesie uczenia się przez całe życie: 21 4.L. dzieci, u których w wyniku realizacji specjalist. wsparcia nastąpiła poprawa w zakr. posiadanych dysfunkcji, trudności, deficytów: 21 5.L. dzieci, u których w wyniku wsparcia opiek.-specjalist. nastąpiła poprawa w zakr. funkcjonowania społeczno-edu (Polish)

Improving the socio-educational and emotional functioning of 30 children (20K and 10M) at risk of poverty or social exclusion, living in the district of Przemysl by providing support within the framework of the Children’s Assistance Centre in the form of care and specialist care in the district. 01.12.2018-31.12.2020. Targets in detail. (period implementation): 1. increase the availability of community services in the scope of family support in the form of district PWD (30 places of provision of social services) 2. improvement in the range of dysfunctions, difficulties, deficits in min. 21 children/K: 14 and 7 M 3. increase of key competences in at least 21 children/14 K and 7M The project will carry out 2 tasks: Z1- oriented on the preparation of the facility for the functioning of PWD and the organisation of the day-to-day activity of the facility (employment required by the provisions of staff law). As part of the task, documents governing the functioning of PWD will be developed and 30 places of social services (physical) will be created. Z2- in which support will be conducted in the field of key competences, therapeutic and socio-therapy competences going beyond the standard activities carried out by PWD educators Main indicators planned to achieve: Version: 2.0 application for co-financing of the project under ROP WP 2014-2020 Control sum: 0008345/2/2/2/4/4/9/2/13/15/3/9/9/3/7/0/4/2 1. Number of post-project social services supported by the programme – 30 2.
