Projekt skierowany do grupy 129 (K-96, M-33) osób bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w PUP w Sztumie z/s w Dzierzgoniu z powiatu sztumskiego. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób pozostających bez pracy - należących do Grupy docelowej projektu. Wsparcie realizowane będzie wyłącznie poprzez usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy określone w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, z wyłączeniem robót publicznych, w oparciu o pogłębioną analizę umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika projektu w postaci Indywidualnego Planu Działania. Działania realizowane: staże, prace interwencyjne, refundacja kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowisk pracy oraz przyznawanie jednorazowych środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej. Wsparcie udzielane w ramach projektu będzie realizowane zgodnie z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy oraz zgodnie z zapotrzebowaniem uczestników/czek i pracodawców. Uczestnicy projektu zostaną objęci pośrednictwem pracy i/lub doradztwem zawodowym. Planowana efektywność zatrudnieniowa dla osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami do poziomu ISCED 3, imigranci, reemigranci)- minimum 45%. Wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla pozostałych osób nienależących do ww. grup - minimum 60%. (Polish)

Project addressed to group 129 (K-96, M-33) of unemployed persons registered in the PUP in Sztum z/s in Dzierzgoń from the district of Szumny. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people who are unemployed – belonging to the target group of the project. The support will be implemented exclusively through labour market services and instruments as defined in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions, excluding public works, based on an in-depth analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems of a given project participant in the form of an Individual Action Plan. Actions implemented: traineeships, intervention work, reimbursement of the costs of equipment or retrofitting of workstations and the allocation of one-off funds for starting a business. The support provided under the project will be implemented in accordance with the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions and in accordance with the needs of participants/cakes and employers. Project participants will be covered by work and/or professional advice. Planned employment efficiency for the most vulnerable (people aged 50 and over, women, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled people up to ISCED 3, immigrants, re-employment) – a minimum of 45 %. Employment efficiency ratio for other non-groups – at least 60 %. (English)
