Projekt skierowany jest do 260 os.(152K,108M) pozostających bez pracy, zarej. w PUP Gdynia (z wył. os.przed ukończ.30 r.ż.),należących do co najmniej jednej z grup: kobiety, os. w wieku 50 l. i więcej,os.długotr. bezr., os. o niskich kwalif., os. z niepełnospr., bezr. mężczyźni w w. 30-49 l., imigranci,reemigranci. Os. z niepełnospr. i długotrw. bezr. stanowić będą specyf.gr.docelową. Celem proj. jest zwiększenie szans na zatrudnienie lub samozatr. os.bezr. zarej. w PUP Gdynia. Cele szczegółowe: -tworzenie warunków sprzyjających podnoszeniu zdolności do zatrudn. lub samozatr. uczestn. proj.; -aktywizacja zawod. uczestn. proj. Działania: -diagnoza uczestn. proj. poprzez sporządzenie IPD(260,152K,108M), -objęcie pośrednictwem pr.(260,152K,108M), -skier.na staże(55,32K,23M), -skier.na prace interw.(75,44K,31M), -skier.na wyposażone lub dopos. stan. pracy(14,9K,5M), -skier.na indyw. lub grupowe szkol. zawodowe/kompetenc.(91,53K,38M), -przyznanie środków na podj. dz.gosp.(96,56K,40M), -61os. zostanie objętych szkol. wzmacniającym kompet. do prowadzenia własnej firmy, następnie otrzyma środki na zał. dz.gosp.(w szczeg. budżecie grupa ta została uwzględniona w lb.os.na szkol. i w lb.os. śr. na podj. dz.gosp.), -10 os., u których na podst. IPD wynika konieczność kompleksowego podejścia w zakresie dośw. zawodow. zostanie objętych wsparciem w postaci stażu(3m-ce),następnie otrzyma możliwość zatrudn. w ramach pr. interw.(w szczeg.budżecie grupa ta została uwzględniona w lb.os. na stażach i w lb.os. na pr.interw). Podjęte działania mają przyczynić się do podj. pracy przez uczestników i utrzymanie jej przez okres min. 3 m-cy. Projekt będzie zgodny z właściwymi politykami i zasadami wspólnotowymi(w tym:polityki równych szans i niedyskrym., dostępności proj. dla os. z niepełn., koncepcją zrównoważonego rozwoju),strategią ZIT(OMG-G-S)oraz prawodawstwem wspólnotowym i krajowym, a także z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy,ustawą PZP i pomocą de minimis. The project is addressed to 260 people (152K,108M) who are unemployed, at PUP Gdynia (excl. persons before finishing 30 years), belonging to at least one of the following groups: women, people at the age of 50 years and more, o.r.l. zr.r., people with low qualif., people with less than half-time, mer. men in the century 30-49 years, immigrants, immigrants. Os. with a short-term and long-term mer. will be specific.gr. for the purpose. The aim of the project is to increase employability or self-zatr. os.bezr. zarej. in PUP Gdynia. Specific objectives: — creating conditions conducive to increasing the employability or self-employment of the project; —activating the profession. Actions: —diagnosis of participation by drawing up IPD(260,152K,108M), -intermediation(260,152K,108M), -directed to internships(55,32K,23M), -directed to intervening work(75,44K,31M), --sponsor totherequirement ofthecompany’s work(14,9K,5M), -Send. The IPD results in the need for a comprehensive approach to the professions. will be supported in the form of a traineeship (3 m-ce), then will be given the opportunity to work as part of an intervention (particularly, this group was included in lb.os. on traineeships and in lb.os. on pr.interviews). The measures taken are intended to contribute to the participants’ work and maintain it for a period of at least 3 months. The project will comply with relevant Community policies and principles (including: Equal Opportunities and Non-District Policies, accessibility for incomplete individuals, the concept of sustainable development), the ZIT strategy (OMG-G-S) and Community and national legislation, as well as the Law on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, the PHP Act and de minimis aid.
