Celem nadrzędnym projektu jest dalszy wzrost konkurencyjności Wnioskodawcy na rynku krajowym jak również międzynarodowym poprzez doposażenie infrastruktury techniczno-technologicznej umożliwiającej dywersyfikację oferty produktowej o innowacyjne rozwiązania konstrukcyjne nowatorskich narzędzi skrawających opracowanych przez POLCOMM w ramach własnych prac B+R w latach 2017-2018. Planowana inwestycja obejmuje zarówno zakup najnowocześniejszej generacji urządzeń produkcyjnych z oprzyrządowaniem (5 szt.) jak również oprogramowania inżynierskiego (CAD/CAM/PLM - 1 kpl.) z przeznaczeniem do realizacji wysokowydajnej działalności produkcyjnej. W ramach projektu planowane jest zatrudnienie 3 dodatkowych pracowników produkcyjnych (w przeliczeniu na EPC) do obsługi parku maszynowego zaangażowanego w technologię wytwarzania nowych wyrobów wprowadzanych dzięki realizacji projektu. Dzięki doposażeniu zaplecza techniczno-technologicznego, Wnioskodawca poszerzy ofertę rynkową o nowej konstrukcji narzędzia skrawające kierowane zarówno do podmiotów krajowych i zagranicznych wykorzystujących w swej działalności operacyjnej narzędzia skrawające do obróbki drewna (3 rozwiązania produktowe dedykowane dla przemysłu drzewnego) oraz metalu (2 rozwiązania produktowe dla przemysłu motoryzacyjnego, maszynowego, lotniczego). Planowane do wprowadzenia na rynek innowacyjne konstrukcyjnie rozwiązania nowatorskich narzędzi skrawających klasyfikowane są w kodzie PKD 2007: 28.49.Z Produkcja pozostałych narzędzi mechanicznych (techniki średnio-wysokie wg nomenklatury EUROSTAT). The overarching objective of the project is to further increase the competitiveness of the Applicant on the domestic and international market by retrofitting the technical and technological infrastructure to diversify product offer with innovative construction solutions for innovative cutting tools developed by POLCOMM as part of its own R & D work in the years 2017-2018. The planned investment includes both the purchase of state-of-the-art generation of production equipment with instrumentation (5 pieces) as well as engineering software (CAD/CAM/PLM – 1 kpl.) for high-performance production activity. The project plans to employ 3 additional production workers (in terms of EPC) to operate a machine park involved in the technology of manufacturing new products introduced by the project. Thanks to the retrofitting of technical and technological facilities, the Applicant will expand the market offer with new construction cutting tools addressed both to domestic and foreign entities using cutting tools for woodworking (3 product solutions dedicated to the wood industry) and metal (2 product solutions for the automotive, machinery and aerospace industries). The planned innovative design solutions for innovative cutting tools are classified in PKD 2007: 28.49.Z Manufacture of other mechanical tools (medium-high techniques according to the EUROSTAT nomenclature).
