Firma Wadima zajmuje się produkcją bielizny osobistej oraz szerokiego asortymentu bluzek damskich na skalę przemysłową. Aby sprostać wymaganiom swoich klientów firma planuje wdrożyć wyniki prac B+R a tym samym wprowadzić do sprzedaży cztery innowacyjne produkty - wyroby bieliźniarskie wykonane z innowacyjnych materiałów dzianych oferowanych dla osób niepełnosprawnych. Firma "Wadima" nabędzie wyżej wymienione prace od Instytutu Włókiennictwa na podstawie podpisanej umowy warunkowej sprzedaży. W chwili obecnej Wadima planuje przeprowadzić projekt polegający na zakupie maszyn do produkcji wyrobów bieliźniarskich oferowanych dla osób niepełnosprawnych, w tym maszyn dziewiarskich, szwalniczych oraz urządzeń pomocniczych. Oprócz maszyn firma planuje również zakup oprogramowania IT, które zapewni sprzedaż i zarządzenie sprzedażą w sieci sklepów przedsiębiorstwa. Program zaoszczędzi czas, wpłynie na dużą wydajność zarządzania firmą oraz na konkurencyjność Wadimy. Grupą docelową nowych produktów będą odbiorcy hurtowi oraz klienci indywidulani przede wszystkim osoby niepełnosprawne. Wskaźniki produktu i rezultatu zostały opisane we wniosku o dofinansowanie. Najważniejsze wskaźniki to: Liczba przedsiębiorstw wspartych w zakresie wdrożenia wyników prac B+R - 1 Liczba wdrożonych wyników prac B+R - 1 Liczba wprowadzonych innowacji produktowych - 4 Produkt projektu będzie zgodny z koncepcją uniwersalnego projektowania, czyli będzie dostępny dla osób z niepełnosprawnością. Dzięki wsparciu inwestycyjnemu nastąpi zwiększenie konkurencyjności firmy Wadima, podniesienie produktywności, wydajności pracy oraz skali prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej przedsiębiorstwa na terenie województwa lubelskiego, przede wszystkim dzięki wprowadzaniu innowacyjnych rozwiązań. Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie od 05.05.2017 do 30.11.2020 (zasada n+3) w dwóch oddziałach przedsiębiorstwa na terenie woj. lubelskiego (Polish)

Wadima manufactures personal underwear and a wide range of women’s blouses on an industrial scale. In order to meet the requirements of its customers, the company plans to implement the results of R & D and thus introduce four innovative products – linen products made of innovative knitted materials offered for people with disabilities. The company “Wadima” will acquire the aforementioned works from the Textile Institute on the basis of a signed conditional sale agreement. At the moment, Wadima plans to carry out a project to purchase underwear production machines for disabled people, including knitting machines, sewing machines and auxiliary equipment. In addition to machines, the company also plans to purchase IT software, which will ensure the sale and management of sales in the company’s stores. The program will save time, affect the high efficiency of company management and the competitiveness of Wadima. The target group of new products will be wholesale customers and individual clients mainly disabled people. Output and result indicators are described in the application for funding. The most important indicators are: Number of enterprises supported by the implementation of R & D results – 1 Number of implemented R & D results – 1 Number of product innovations introduced – 4 The project product will be in line with the concept of universal design, i.e. it will be accessible to people with disabilities. The investment support will increase the competitiveness of Wadima, increase the productivity, productivity and scale of business activity of the company in Lubelskie voivodship, mainly thanks to the introduction of innovative solutions.
