Obiectivul general al proiectului/Scopul proiectuluiDiversificarea activitatii de baza a companiei prin crearea unei noi activitati in domeniul acvaculturii si dezvoltarea de activitati complementare acestui domeniu prin infiintarea unui restaurant cu specific pescaresc in interiorul fermei precum si realizarea unei microunitati de procesare a productiei proprii.Construirea la ORLESTI a Fermei de creştere intensivă a pastravului curcubeu, în sistem recirculant, a unitatii de procesare a productiei proprii si a restaurantului din incinta cu specific pescaresc, contribuie la realizarea obiectivului general al masurii, respectiv dezvoltarea unui sector piscicol competitiv, modern si dinamic, bazat pe activitati durabile de acvacultura, luând in considerare aspectele legate de protectia mediului, dezvoltarea sociala si bunastarea economică a zonei. De asemenea prin intermediul proiectului compania urmareste indeplinirea urmatoarelor directii: - Cresterea cifrei de afaceri a companiei dupa finalizarea perioadei de implementare a proiectului; - Mentinerea si cresterea numarului mediu de salariati (cu 16 salariati);- Dezvoltarea competitivităţii şi durabilităţii sectorului piscicol prin cresterea capacitatii de productie pastrav;- Diversificarea veniturilor obtinutede intreprindere prin practicarea unor activitati complementare: procesare a materiei prime provenite din productia proprie si realizarea de activitati de alimentatie publica. Din punct de vedere economic principalul impact al implementarii acestui proiect se va reflecta asupra situatiei financiare prin cresterea cifrei de afaceri dupa finalizarea perioadei de implementare. Objectif général du projet/objectif du projetDiversification de l’activité principale de l’entreprise par la création d’une nouvelle activité dans le domaine de l’aquaculture et le développement d’activités complémentaires à ce domaine par la création d’un restaurant avec des pêcheurs spécifiques à l’intérieur de l’exploitation ainsi que la réalisation d’une micro-unité pour la transformation de sa propre production. de l’unité de transformation de sa propre production et du restaurant dans les locaux de pêche, contribue à la réalisation de l’objectif général de la mesure, à savoir le développement d’un secteur de la pêche compétitif, moderne et dynamique, basé sur des activités aquacoles durables, en tenant compte des aspects liés à la protection de l’environnement, au développement social et au bien-être économique de la zone. Aussi à travers le projet, l’entreprise vise à atteindre les orientations suivantes: — Augmenter le chiffre d’affaires de l’entreprise après la fin de la période de mise en œuvre du projet; — Maintien et augmentation du nombre moyen de salariés (avec 16 salariés);- Développement de la compétitivité et de la durabilité du secteur de la pêche en augmentant la capacité de production de la truite;- Diversification des revenus des entreprises par l’exercice d’activités complémentaires: transformation des matières premières de notre propre production et réalisation d’activités alimentaires publiques. D’un point de vue économique, l’impact principal de la mise en œuvre de ce projet sera reflété sur la situation financière en augmentant le chiffre d’affaires après la fin de la période de mise en œuvre. General objective of the project/Project goalDiversification of the company’s core activity by creating a new activity in the field of aquaculture and developing complementary activities to this field by setting up a restaurant with specific fishers inside the farm as well as the realisation of a micro-unit for processing its own production. of the processing unit of own production and of the restaurant in the fishery premises, contributes to the achievement of the general objective of the measure, namely the development of a competitive, modern and dynamic fisheries sector, based on sustainable aquaculture activities, taking into account aspects related to environmental protection, social development and economic well-being of the area. Also through the project, the company aims to achieve the following directions: — Increasing the company’s turnover after the end of the project implementation period; — Maintaining and increasing the average number of employees (with 16 employees);- Developing the competitiveness and sustainability of the fisheries sector by increasing the production capacity of trout;- Diversification of enterprise incomes by practicing complementary activities: processing of raw materials from our own production and carrying out public food activities. From an economic point of view, the main impact of the implementation of this project will be reflected on the financial situation by increasing turnover after the end of the implementation period.
