Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie innowacji procesowej oraz innowacji produktowej: 3 ekologiczne brykiety do grilla - Eko-Brykiet Calor-Power Grill, Eko-Brykiet do grilla Calor-Power Aroma, Eko-Brykiet do grilla Calor-Power Vega, będących efektem własnych prac B+R naszej firmy. Przedmiot projektu jest oparty o nasz wynalazek, zgłoszony do ochrony patentowej, dla którego sprawozdanie o stanie techniki wydane przez Urząd Patentowy RP nie podważyło poziomu wynalazczości. W ramach projekt zostaną też wdrożone ekoinnowacje, innowacja organizacyjna i marketingowa. Zakres rzeczowy obejmuje zakup środków trwałych koniecznych do wdrożenia nowej produkcji i wytwarzania innowacyjnych wyrobów: automatycznej linii do produkcji brykietu Calor-Power, automatycznej linii do pakowania i paletowania brykietu Calor-Power, automatycznej linii do sortowania, zestawu kontenerów do magazynowania oraz produkcji. Projekt składa się z następujących etapów: zakupu środków trwałych, instalacji środków trwałych, produkcji testowej oraz uruchomienia produkcji seryjnej. Wdrożenie technologii nastąpi poprzez zakup środków trwałych wymienionych powyżej, zainstalowanie ich w naszym zakładzie i połączenie w spójny ciąg technologiczny. Pracownicy naszej firmy zostaną przeszkoleni w zakresie obsługi nowego sprzętu i wdrożeni w innowacyjny cykl produkcyjny. Realizacja projektu odbywać się będzie od 05.05.2017 do 09.06.2018. (Polish)

The project focuses on the implementation of process innovation and product innovation: 3 eco-friendly grill briquettes – Calor-Power Grill Eko-Briquet, Eko-Briquette for the Calor-Power Aroma grill, the Calor-Power Vega Eco Briquette, which are the result of our company’s own R & D work. The subject matter of the project is based on our invention, applied for patent protection, for which the report on the state of technology issued by the Polish Patent Office did not undermine the level of invention. The project will also implement eco-innovation, organizational and marketing innovation. The material scope includes the purchase of fixed assets necessary for the implementation of new production and production of innovative products: the automatic production line for Calor-Power briquettes, the automatic line for packaging and palleting of the Calor-Power briquette, the automatic sorting line, the set of containers for storage and production. The project consists of the following stages: purchase of fixed assets, installation of fixed assets, test production and start-up of serial production. The technology will be implemented by purchasing the fixed assets mentioned above, installing them in our plant and combining them in a coherent technological sequence. Our employees will be trained in handling new equipment and implemented in an innovative production cycle. The project will be implemented from 05.05.2017 to 09.06.2018. (English)
