Projekt jest projektem infrastrukturalnym mającym na celu podniesienie jakości powietrza atmosferycznego w Bydgoszczy i okolicach oraz ograniczanie strat ciepła. Zachowanie standardów jakości powietrza związane jest z ograniczeniem emisji zanieczyszczeń gazowych i pyłowych powstających przy produkcji energii cieplnej. Niezbędnym staje się podjęcie działań zmierzających do wzrostu efektywności cieplnej oraz ograniczenia strat ciepła. Zakres Projektu dotyczy wykonania termomodernizacji Zespołu Głównego Centrum zlokalizowanego na terenie obejmującym działkę Nr 1/25 w obrębie 248 przy ulicy dr Izabeli Romanowskiej 2 w Bydgoszczy, polegającej na wykonaniu: Przebudowy systemu grzewczego w zakresie, przebudowy węzła cieplnego parowo-wodnego zasilającego obiekty tego Zespołu, wykonania równoważenia hydraulicznego wewnętrznych instalacji c.o. i c.t. zasilających w ciepło grzewcze pomieszczenia Zespołu Głównego oraz w ciepło technologiczne nagrzewnice central instalacji wentylacyjno-klimatyzacyjnych. Przebudowa węzła cieplnego Zespołu Głównego dotyczy wymiany węzła cieplnego zlokalizowanego w kondygnacji technicznej budynku diagnostyczno-leczniczego, na nowoczesny spełniający obowiązujące współcześnie standardy techniczne. Ocieplenie stropodachów budynków, poprzez wymianę pokrycia dachowego wraz z obróbkami blacharskimi poszczególnych dachów (nowe obróbki z blachy ocynkowanej), wykonanie kominków wentylacyjnych (wywietrzników) lub opcjonalnie likwidację istniejących otworów wentylacyjnych stropodachu, kontrolę i ewentualnie uprzątnięcie zanieczyszczeń z przestrzeni stropodachu, kontrolę stanu wentylacji i montaż, całkowity demontaż istniejącego orynnowania, instalacji odgromowej, wykonania pokryć dachowych dwoma warstwami papy termozgrzewalnej, naprawy murarskie i malarskie kominów oraz ogniomurów budynków, zamontowanie nowego orynnowania i nowych rur spustowych. The project is an infrastructure project aimed at improving the quality of atmospheric air in and around Bydgoszcz and reducing heat losses. The maintenance of air quality standards is linked to the reduction of emissions of gaseous and particulate pollutants arising from the production of heat. Action is needed to increase thermal efficiency and reduce heat losses. The scope of the project concerns the implementation of thermomodernisation of the Centre’s Main Team located in the area of plot No 1/25 within 248 at 2 Dr. Izabela Romanowska Street in Bydgoszcz, consisting of: Reconstruction of the heating system in the scope, reconstruction of the steam-water node supplying the facilities of this Team, hydraulic balancing of internal central heating systems and heating heating systems of the Main Team’s premises and into technological heat heaters of ventilation and air conditioning systems. The conversion of the heat node of the Main Team concerns the replacement of the heat node located in the technical floor of the diagnostic and therapeutic building, into a modern technical standard. Insulation of building stropods, by replacing the roof covering together with sheet treatment of individual roofs (new galvanised sheet treatment), ventilation fireplaces (air vents) or optional dismantling of existing stropoda ventilation holes, control and possibly cleaning of impurities from the ceiling space, control of the ventilation status and installation, complete dismantling of the existing spike vents, control of the existing roofing, damping and possibly cleaning of new ceilings, ventilation and installation, complete dismantling of existing spires, damping and lightning systems, (English)
