CEL GŁÓWNY:Wzrost jakości i efektywności kształcenia oraz procesów zarządzania w Katolickim Uniwersytecie Lubelskim Jana Pawła II z siedzibą w Lublinie poprzez:- realizację wsparcia dla 98 studentów (10 K; 88 M): w postaci szkoleń certyfikowanych i zajęć warsztatowych rozwijających kompetencje, wizyt studyjnych i spotkań z pracodawcami- realizację staży krajowych dla 67 studentów (7 K i 60 M)- wdrożenie informatycznych narzędzi zarządzania i zarządzanie informacją w celu doskonalenia jakości kształceniaw okresie od 01.04.2019 do 31.03.2023 prowadzących do:- podniesienia kompetencji u 89 studentów a w konsekwencji do zwiększenia efektywności zatrudnieniowej studentów KUL- podniesienia kompetencji zawodowych odpowiadających potrzebom gospodarki, rynku pracy i społ., u 61 studentów, a w konsekwencji do zwiększenia efektywności zatrudnieniowej studentów KUL- wsparcia procesów kształcenia i zarządzania na UczelniGRUPĘ DOCELOWĄ STANOWIĄ:- studenci KUL z ostatnich 4 sem. z kierunków: Informatyka - grupa w języku angielskim / Informatyka / Matematyka - grupa w języku angielskim / Matematyka- studenci KUL z ostatnich 4 sem. na kierunku Informatyka, którzy chcą uzyskać kompetencje praktyczne poprzez uczestnictwo w stażach- uczelnia KUL, która wdroży informatyczne narzędziaGŁÓWNE ZADANIA W PROJEKCIE TO:- Zad 1. WERYFIKACJA KOMPETENCJI - BILANS KOMPETENCJI- Zad. 2-3: ORGANIZ. I REALIZ. WSPARCIA W CELU PODNIESIENIA KOMP. I ZAJĘCIA Z PRACODAWCAMI- Zad 4-5: ORGANIZ. I REALIZ. STAŻY KRAJOWYCH- Zad 6-7: ORGANIZ. Main objective: Increasing the quality and effectiveness of education and management processes at John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin with its registered office in Lublin through:- implementation of support for 98 students (10 K; 88 M): in the form of certified trainings and workshops developing competences, study visits and meetings with employers- implementation of national internships for 67 students (7 K and 60 M)- implementation of IT management tools and information management to improve the quality of education in the period from 01.04.2019 to 31.03.2023 leading to:- to increase competence in 89 students and consequently to increase the employment efficiency of students of KUL- to increase vocational competences corresponding to the needs of the economy, labour market and society, in 61 students, and consequently to increase the employability of students of KUL. Informatics – group in English/Informatics/Mathematics – group in English/Mathematics – students from the last 4 sem. in Computer Science, who want to gain practical competence through participation in traineeships – the university of KUL, which will implement IT toolsGENERAL FEATURES IN THE PROJECT TO:- Zad 1. Verification of COMPETENCE – BILANS KOMPETENCY-Research 2-3: IT’S AN ORGAN. AND IT’S REAL. SUPPORT TO RAISE THE COMP. And WITH THE PRACODAWS- WAY 4-5: IT’S AN ORGAN. AND IT’S REAL.
