Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja jednego budynku – Szkoły Podstawowej w Buczynie. Dotychczas opracowano audyt energetyczny, dokumentację techniczną i studium wykonalności. Roboty budowlane nie zostały rozpoczęte. W dniu 2016-02-22 Gmina Radwanice dokonała zgłoszenia robót budowlanych dla całego zakresu projektu. W dniu 2016-03-15 Starosta Polkowicki zaświadczył, że nie wnosi sprzeciwu do wykonania robót budowlanych. Wnioskodawcą, Inwestorem, Beneficjentem i Operatorem przedmiotowej inwestycji będzie Gmina Radwanice, która produkty projektu będzie użytkowała poprzez swoją jednostkę organizacyjną Szkołę Podstawową w Buczynie. Projekt obejmuje prace przygotowawcze tj. Audyt energetyczny (Zadanie nr 1), Studium wykonalności (Zadanie nr 2), Roboty budowlane – budynek SP w Buczynie (Zadanie nr 3), Nadzór inwestorski (Zadanie nr 4), Promocja projektu (Zadanie nr 5). Zakres rzeczowy obejmuje: montaż pompy ciepła z wymiennikiem gruntowym, modernizację instalacji c.o. i c.w.u., wymianę stolarki drzwiowej i okiennej, docieplenie przegród i dachu, stropów i ściany w gruncie. Zakres projektu jest oparty o ustalenia z audytu w zakresie gwarantującym osiągnięcie wymaganych przez program limitów, w tym w zakresie oszczędności energii i ograniczenia emisji CO2 oraz osiągnięcie wskaźników. Zaplanowanie sterowanie systemem grzewczym za pomocą automatyki pogodowej oraz zaworów podpionowych i termostatycznych. Ogrzewanie wodne z grzejnikami członowym i lub płytowymi z regulacją centralną i miejscowej z zaworem termostatycznym o działaniu proporcjonalno-całkującym PI z funkcjami adaptacyjną i optymalizującą. Przewidziano strefowanie instalacji z podziałem na część wschodnią i zachodnią. Efekty projektu: oszczędność energii końcowej: 234 685,38 kWh/rok 844,87 GJ/rok; tj.: 71,8%, pierwotnej: 221 101,64 kWh/rok 795,97 GJ/rok; tj.: 53,2%,szacowany roczny spadek emisji CO2: 55,57 MgCO2/rok, tj.: 50,1%.Projekt nie generuje dochodów,nie jest objęty pomocą publiczną i nie jest duży. The subject of the project is the thermal modernisation of one building – the Primary School in Buczyn. So far, energy audits, technical documentation and feasibility studies have been developed. Construction work has not been started. On 2016-02-22 Radwanice commune submitted construction works for the entire scope of the project. On 2016-03-15 the Starosta Polkowicki testified that he did not object to the construction works. The applicant, Investor, Beneficiary and Operator of the investment will be Radwanice Municipality, which will use the project’s products through its organizational unit of the Primary School in Buczyn. The project includes preparatory work, i.e. Energy Audit (Task No 1), Feasibility Study (Task No 2), Construction Works – SP building in Buczyn (Task No 3), Investor Oversight (Task No 4), Project Promotion (Task No. 5). The material scope shall include: installation of heat pump with ground exchanger, modernisation of central and central heating systems, replacement of door and window joinery, warming of partitions and roofs, ceilings and walls in the ground. The scope of the project is based on audit findings to ensure that the programme meets the limits required by the programme, including energy savings and CO2 emission reductions and the achievement of indicators. Planning the control of the heating system by means of weather control, as well as upholstery and thermostatic valves. Water heating with component and/or plate radiators with central and local control with thermostatic valve with PI proportional and integral function with adaptive and optimisation functions. The system is divided into eastern and western parts. Effects of the project: saving final energy: 234685,38 kWh/year 844,87 GJ/year; I.e.: 71,8 %, primary: 221101,64 kWh/year 795,97 GJ/year; I.e.: 53,2 %,estimated annual decrease in CO2 emissions: 55,57 MgCO2/year, i.e.: 50,1 %.The project does not generate revenue, is not covered by public aid and is not large.
