Doroty Waśko-Czopnik.W ramach projektu zostaną zrealizowane następujące działania:- Opracowanie innowacyjnej karty pacjenta w chmurze - Opracowanie interfejsów karty pacjenta dla urządzeń stacjonarnych i mobilnych - Opracowanie metod rozpoznawania obrazu dla innowacyjnego systemu monitorowania spożycia - Opracowanie bazy danych fotografowanych posiłków dla innowacyjnego systemu monitorowania spożycia - Opracowanie nowatorskich algorytmów przydziału planu dietetycznego do pacjenta bazujących na składnikach pokarmowych a nie na liczbie spożywanych kalorii - Projekt bazy danych planów dietetycznych, przepisów i produktów - Opracowanie modeli procesów biznesowych pracy z pacjentem zawierających diagramy procesów w notacji BPMN w narzędziu BPM, zakresy danych procesów, przydział wykonawców do zadań, algorytmy/procedury obsługi zdarzeń - Automatyzacja procesów biznesowych pracy z pacjentem w systemie BPM - Integracja całości rozwiązania w postaci panelu pacjenta i dietetyka Podstawą wygenerowanego z programu planu dietetycznego będą indywidualne parametry pacjenta: stan zdrowia, wyniki badań laboratoryjnych, przyjmowane leki oraz upodobania kulinarne. Innowacyjność platformy polegać będzie na bieżącej kontroli tworzonych planów dietetycznych przez lekarza. Dwustronna komunikacja dietetyk-lekarz zagwarantuje najwyższy poziom usług w zakresie dietetyki klinicznej w Polsce poprzez optymalizację doboru makroskładników (Polish)

Dorota Waśko-Czopnik.As part of the project, the following actions will be carried out:- Developing an innovative patient card card in the cloud – Development of patient card interfaces for stationary and mobile devices – Developing methods of image recognition for an innovative system of monitoring in intake – Development of database of photographed meals of the database of photographed meals for innovative processes of monitoring of intakes – development of innovative algorithms of the allocation of dietary plan to the patient based on dietary components and not on the patient’s work – the number of calorie products intakes. health status, results of laboratory tests, medications taken and culinary preferences. The innovation of the platform will be based on the ongoing control of the dietary plans created by the doctor. Bilateral communication of dietetics-doctor will guarantee the highest level of services in the field of clinical dietetics in Poland by optimising the selection of macronutrients (English)
