Projektin päätavoitteena on rakentaa RLP Designille monistettavissa oleva palvelukonsepti kansainvälisen liiketoiminnan kehittämiseksi. Projektin tavoitteiden saavuttaminen edellyttää ensinnäkin kansainvälisen liiketoimintamallin suunnittelua sekä sitä tukevan digitaalisen palvelukonseptin luomista. Lisäksi projektin aikana rakennetaan kansainvälistymissuunnitelma RLP Designille. Projektin myötä yrityksen liiketoiminta tulee saamaan merkittävän kasvupyrähdyksen kansainvälisille markkinoille. L’objectif principal du projet est de construire un concept de service multipliable pour RLP Design afin de développer des affaires internationales. Afin d’atteindre les objectifs du projet, tout d’abord, la conception d’un modèle commercial international et la création d’un concept de service numérique le soutenant sont nécessaires. En outre, un plan d’internationalisation pour RLP Design sera élaboré pendant le projet. Avec le projet, les activités de l’entreprise gagneront une croissance significative sur les marchés internationaux. (French)
