Spoločnosť SOFER s.r.o. plánuje v rámci projektu diverzifikovať výrobu vo svojej existujúcej prevádzkarni na výrobu nových produktov, ktoré doteraz spoločnosť nebola schopná vyrábať. Spoločnosť plánuje obstarať a uviesť do prevádzky CNC 5 – osé obrábacie centrum, Horizontálne vyvrtávacie obrábacie centrum, Softvér pre sledovanie a vyhodnocovanie prevádzky obrábacích strojov a CAD/CAM softvérový balík pre vysokopresné obrábanie kovov a ich zliatin. Cieľom projektu je zvýšiť technologickú úroveň žiadateľa prostredníctvom inovačných aktivít a dosiahnuť inováciu produktu. Nové produkty, vysokopresné obrobky s presnosťou obrábania až 0,002mm a Veľkoformátové tvarovo-zložité vyvrtávané telesá, sú pre firmu nové, nakoľko vzhľadom na absenciu technológií ich spoločnosť nie je schopná v súčasnosti vyrábať. Realizáciou projektu dôjde k priamej podpore v oblasti špecializácie automobilový priemysel a strojárstvo, nakoľko spoločnosť pôsobí v rámci dodávateľsko – odberateľského reťazca strojárskej výroby, ako aj z dôvodu, že nové technológie umožnia výrobu širokého spektra vysokopresných obrobkov a veľkoformátových obrobkov, hlavne pre automobilový, dopravný a strojársky priemysel. Nové technológie vysoko rýchlostného obrábania umožnia obrábanie všetkých druhov zliatin, penového hliníka, kompozitných materiálov a nehrdzavejúcej ocele. Realizáciou projektu spoločnosť obslúži pre ňu nové trhy, dôjde k nárastu tržieb a pridanej hodnoty, čím sa dosiahne zvýšenie konkurencieschopnosti spoločnosti. Projekt bude realizovaný v prevádzke prijímateľa na adrese Továrenská 1465/7, 064 01 Stará Ľubovňa. Miesto realizácie je plne pripravené na realizáciu projektu. Merateľnými ukazovateľmi budú pre firmu:Počet podnikov, ktoré dostávajú granty (kód P0284) – 1Počet inovovaných procesov (kód P0760) – 0Počet produktov, ktoré sú pre firmu nové (kód P0512) – 2Počet podnikov, ktoré dostávajú podporu s cieľom predstaviť výrobky, ktoré sú pre firmu nové (kód P0288) – 1 (Slovak)

As part of the project, Sofer s.r.o. plans to diversify the production in its existing plant for the production of new products, which the company has not yet been able to produce. The company plans to procure and commission CNC 5 – axis machining center, horizontal boring machining center, software for monitoring and evaluation of the operation of machine tools and CAD/CAM software package for high-precision machining of metals and their alloys. The aim of the project is to raise the applicant’s technological level through innovation activities and to achieve product innovation. New products, high-precision workpieces with precision machining up to 0.002 mm and Large-format shape-complex boring bodies are new for the company, as due to the lack of technology, the company is not able to produce them at present. The project will be directly supported in the field of specialisation automotive and mechanical engineering, since the company operates within the upstream – downstream chain of engineering production, as well as because new technologies will allow the production of a wide range of high-precision workpieces and large-format workpieces, especially for the automotive, transport and mechanical engineering industries. New high-speed machining technologies will allow machining of all kinds of alloys, foam aluminum, composite materials and stainless steel. By implementing the project, the company will serve new markets for it, there will be an increase in sales and added value, thus increasing the company’s competitiveness. The project will be implemented in the operation of the beneficiary at Továrenská 1465/7, 064 01 Stará Ľubovňa. The place of implementation is fully prepared for the implementation of the project. Dans le cadre du projet, Sofer s.r.o. prévoit de diversifier la production dans son usine existante pour la production de nouveaux produits, que l’entreprise n’a pas encore été en mesure de produire. L’entreprise prévoit d’acheter et de commander CNC 5 — centre d’usinage axe, centre d’usinage horizontal, logiciel pour le suivi et l’évaluation du fonctionnement des machines-outils et le logiciel CAD/CAM pour l’usinage de haute précision des métaux et de leurs alliages. L’objectif du projet est d’augmenter le niveau technologique du candidat par le biais d’activités d’innovation et de réaliser l’innovation en matière de produits. De nouveaux produits, des pièces de haute précision avec usinage de précision jusqu’à 0,002 mm et des corps de forage de forme complexe de grand format sont nouveaux pour l’entreprise, car en raison du manque de technologie, l’entreprise n’est pas en mesure de les produire à l’heure actuelle. Le projet sera directement soutenu dans le domaine de la spécialisation automobile et mécanique, puisque l’entreprise opère dans la chaîne amont — aval de la production d’ingénierie, ainsi que parce que les nouvelles technologies permettront la production d’une large gamme de pièces de haute précision et de pièces de grand format, en particulier pour l’automobile, le transport et l’ingénierie mécanique. Les nouvelles technologies d’usinage à grande vitesse permettront l’usinage de toutes sortes d’alliages, de mousse d’aluminium, de matériaux composites et d’acier inoxydable. En mettant en œuvre le projet, l’entreprise servira de nouveaux marchés pour elle, il y aura une augmentation des ventes et de la valeur ajoutée, augmentant ainsi la compétitivité de l’entreprise. Le projet sera mis en œuvre dans le cadre du fonctionnement du bénéficiaire à Továrenská 1465/7, 064 01 Stará ▲ubovňa. Le lieu de mise en œuvre est entièrement préparé pour la mise en œuvre du projet.
