The aim of the project is to increase the employability and social competences of 14 K and 2 M at risk of social exclusion from the territory of Dębno in the period from 01.09.2017 to 31.12.2018, by providing comprehensive support for active inclusion. The project will result in the acquisition of new qualifications and competences by people at risk of poverty and/or exclusion, thereby increasing the number of people looking for work and working at risk of social exclusion. There will be a change of attitudes towards active passive participants, and their motivation to work will be increased. The target group is the residents of West Pomerania from the municipality of Dębno at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion. The project will take part 16, including 14 K and 2 M including 5 ON (31.25 %). The number of ON is compatible with the ratio of ON to all customers in OPS and is equal to 27 % of the total (Number of all clients of OPS 31.12.2015 to 984, including 263). The majority of participants will be K in view of their difficulties in the labour market and the increase in their participation in the total number of unemployed persons, the need to take care of dependent persons. Project tasks: 1. Active Inclusion 2. Targeted allowances and aid in kind 3. Indirect costs. As part of active inclusion, we will pursue individual reintegration pathways on the basis of social contracts, taking into account social services and social services, taking into account services of a social nature — through social work and the counselling: we will bring back/strengthen the competences of the spokes, resourcefulness, self-reliance and active social activity; b) professional training schemes to gain work experience (c) learning — enable new qualifications, (d) medical treatment — psychological treatment (English) | |||

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie szans na zatrudnienie i zwiększenie kompetencji społecznych 14 K i 2 M zagrożonych wykluczeniem społ z terenu Gminy Dębno w okresie od 01.09.2017 do 31.12.2018 poprzez zapewnienie kompleksowego wsparcia w ramach aktywnej integracji. Rezultatem projektu będzie nabycie przez osoby zagrożone ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społ nowych kwalifikacji i kompetencji, a dzięki temu zwiększenie liczby osób poszukujących pracy i pracujących zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym. Nastąpi zmiana postaw uczestników z biernej na aktywną, zwiększy się ich motywacja do podjęcia pracy. Grupę docelową stanowią mieszkańcy woj zachodniopomorskiego z Gminy Dębno zagrożeni ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społecznym. W projekcie weźmie udział 16 os, w tym 14 K i 2 M w tym 5 ON (31,25%). Liczba ON jest zgodna ze stosunkiem ON do ogółu klientów w OPS i wynosi 27% (Liczba wszystkich klientów OPS na dzień 31.12.2015 r. wyniosła 984 os., w tym ON 263). Większość uczestników będą stanowiły K, ze względu na ich trudniejszą sytuację na rynku pracy i wzrost ich udziału w ogólnej liczbie osób bezrobotnych, konieczność sprawowania opieki nad osobami zależnymi. Zadania w ramach projektu: 1. Aktywna Integracja 2. Zasiłki celowe i pomoc w naturze 3. Koszty pośrednie. W ramach aktywnej integracji będziemy, po dokonaniu indywidualnych diagnoz, realizować indywidualne ścieżki reintegracji realizowane na podstawie kontraktów socjalnych z uwzględnieniem usług o charakterze a)społecznym - dzięki pracy socjalnej iporadnictwu przywrócimy/wzmocnimy kompetencje społ, zaradność, samodzielność i aktywność społ, b)zawodowym -zorganizujemy staże pozwalające na zdobycie doświadczenia zawodowego c) edukacyjnym - umożliwimy zdobycie nowych kwalifikacji, d)zdrowotnym - terapia psychologiczna (Polish)
