Project carried out in an area of 25 municipalities (premium criterion No 2) from the Zachodniopomorskie Province (in 08.03.2018) in the Special Inclusion Zone, in sub-region C, i.e. Karlino, Tychowo, Przybierów, Gryfice, Golczewo, Śwlin, Wolin, Polanów, Świezyno, Darłowo, M. Darłowo, Malechowo, Postomino, Gmina Sławno, Chociwel, Ińsko, Suchatn, Bór Bór, Borne Sulinowo, Połczyn Zdrój, Sławoborze, Lobez, Resko, Rysow, M. Szczecinek. All activities planned within the framework of the project are part of the objectives set out in the revitalisation programme approved by the MA ROP for the area concerned. The main objective of the project is to stimulate, in line with the Local Realisation Programmes, the active inclusion of local communities in the 25 communes of WZ (Sub-region C) by 31.12.2021 through the following tasks/phases and indicators: Activity 1) Enrol animation: the number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion supported under the Programme (s) — in line with the WPC is 729 persons; The number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion who acquired the skills after leaving the [person] — according to the SOOP is 125; Task 2) INESTINATION OF INESTONIA: the number of projects that are consistent with approved regeneration programmes under the programme (units) is 150 and ORGANISATION: the number of events integrating the local population by the inhabitants of the regeneration/degraded area after the end of animation activities is 150. Local animations will make people feel the creators of change in their immediate surroundings and will be associated with these changes. The project will prepare and encourage communities to actively participate in the shaping and building of the local support system. The aim will be to create and implement a “positive change” in the local community. The animation will address the building and capacity building of the local community — the development of human capital, social (English) | |||

Projekt realizowany na obszarze 25 gmin (kryterium premiujące nr 2) z terenu województwa zachodniopomorskiego znajdujących się (na 08.03.2018r.) w Specjalnej Strefie Włączenia, w subregionie C, tj. Karlino, Tychowo, Przybiernów, Gryfice, Golczewo, Świerzno, Wolin, Polanów, Świeszyno, Darłowo, M. Darłowo, Malechowo, Postomino, Gmina Sławno, Chociwel, Ińsko, Suchań, Biały Bór, Borne Sulinowo, Połczyn Zdrój, Sławoborze, Łobez, Resko, Rymań, M. Szczecinek. Wszystkie działania zaplanowane w ramach projektu wpisują się w cele określone w zatwierdzonym przez IZ RPO WZ programie rewitalizacji dla danego obszaru. Cel główny projektu to pobudzenie, zgodnie z Lokalnymi Programami Rewitalizacji, aktywnej integracji społeczności lokalnych w 25 gminach WZ ( subregion C) do 31.12.2021 r. poprzez realizację następujących zadań/faz i wskaźników: Zadanie 1) ANIMACJA LOKALNA: liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, objętych wsparciem w programie ( osoby) - zgodnie z WLWK to 729 osób; Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które nabyły kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu [osoby] – zgodnie z SOOP to 125 os.; Zadanie 2) REALIZACJA PRZEDSIĘWZIĘĆ INWESTYCYJNYCH: liczba przedsięwzięć spójnych z zatwierdzonymi programami rewitalizacji zrealizowanych w ramach programu (szt.) to 150 oraz ORGANIZACJA WYDARZEŃ: liczba wydarzeń integrujących lokalną społeczność zrealizowanych przez mieszkańców obszaru rewitalizacji/zdegradowanego po zakończeniu działań animacyjnych (szt.) to 150. Animacja lokalna sprawi, że mieszkańcy poczują się kreatorami zmian w swoim najbliższym otoczeniu i będą się z tymi zmianami utożsamiali. Projekt przygotuje i pobudzi społeczności do aktywnego uczestnictwa w kształtowaniu i budowaniu lokalnego systemu wsparcia. Celem działań będzie wywołanie i przeprowadzenie „pozytywnej zmiany” w społeczności lokalnej. Animacja będzie dotyczyła budowania i rozwijania potencjału lokalnej społeczności – rozwoju kapitału ludzkiego, społecznego (Polish)
