TARGET GROUP (GD): 20os. at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion, including people who are unemployed, who, according to the Act on the promotion of employment and rp institutions, are located in a third group of people called ‘remote from Poland’ (III profile of assistance), including: 1.women (K) 12os, 2.Low qualified (NKW): 16os./9K, 3. long-term unemployed (DB): 7os./4K, 4. benefiting from social assistance: min 3os./2K 5. with disabilities: 2os./1K, 6.os. living in the countryside: 5os./3K. ACTIONS: 1.IŚR/IPD: 20os./12K, 2.Individual psychological support (IWP): 20os./12K, 3.mentoring: 20os./12K, 4.Activation and motivation workshops: 20os./12K, 5.Workshop Aidisation Zain.: 2os./12K, 6.Training: 15oS., 7th Job placement (PP): 20os./12K, 8traineeships: 15oS. Thanks to the action, the following TRWAYS events will be achieved: 1.min. 12UP will be adequate to meet the needs of Poland with a qualification/competence, 2.min. 12UP gain/gain experience in the working environment, 3.min. 3-job after leaving the programme. (12K/8M) zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społ., w tym os. bezr. oddalonych od RP, mieszczących się w katalogu os. określonym w Wytycznych w zakr. realiz. przedsięwzięć w obszarze włączenia społ. i zwalczania ubóstwa z wykorzystaniem środków EFS i EFRR na lata 2014-2020, zam. w powiecie myśliborskim, w oparciu o Indywidualną Ścieżkę Reintegracji/IPD.
