Hlavným cieľom projektu je zvýšiť finančnú gramotnosť, zamestnateľnosť a zamestnanosť marginalizovaných komunít, ako sú Rómovia. Zámerom predkladaného projektu je zvýšiť zamestnanosť a zamestnateľnosť ľudí žijúcich v prostredí MRK poskytovaním miestnej občianskej poriadkovej služby v obci Kolačkov. Špecifické ciele projektu:1.Skvalitniť sociálny dialóg medzi rómskym a nerómskym obyvateľstvom obce.2. Posilniť primárnu a sekundárnu prevenciu v oblasti páchania protispoločenskej a protiprávnej činnosti.3. Znížiť páchanie sociálno – patologických javov v obci Kolačkov.4. Zvýšiť úroveň ochrany verejného poriadku v obci. Hlavná aktivita projektu: Podpora komplexného poskytovania miestnej občianskej poriadkovej služby v obciach s prítomnosťou MRK. Cieľová skupina projektu:- príslušníci a obyvatelia marginalizovaných rómskych komunít- zamestnanci/zamestnankyne štátnej správy a samosprávy pracujúcich s marginalizovanými rómskymi komunitami. Predkladaný projektu prispieva k naplneniu princípov desegregácie, degetoizácie a destigmatizácie prostredníctvom aktivít, ktoré v oblastiach s prítomnosťou marginalizovaných rómskych komunít zabezpečia poskytovanie sociálnych a asistenčných služieb prostredníctvom činností miestnej občianskej poriadkovej služby v súčinnosti s Policajným zborom SR. Ide najmä o tieto činnosti: ochrana verejného poriadku v súčinnosti s Policajným zborom SR, ochrana súkromného a verejného majetku, ochrana životného prostredia a plynulosť a bezpečnosť cestnej premávky. Realizácia uvedených činností bude mať pozitívny dopad nielen na MRK, ale aj na širšiu verejnosť a prostredie obce a budú smerovať k zbližovaniu a senzibilizácii verejnosti tým, že budú zlepšovať život všetkých obyvateľov obce. The main objective of the project is to increase financial literacy, employability and employment of marginalised communities such as the Roma. The aim of this project is to increase the employment and employability of people living in the environment of CLLD by providing local civil law services in the village of Kolačkov. Specific objectives projektu:1.Skvalitniť social dialogue between Roma and non-Roma population.2. Strengthen primary and secondary prevention in the area of anti-social and illegal activity.3. Reduce the commission of socio-pathological phenomena in Kolačkov.4. Increase the level of protection of public order in the municipality. Main activity of the project: Support the comprehensive provision of local civil order services in municipalities with the presence of MRK. Target group of the project:- members and residents of marginalised Roma communities – employees of state administration and self-government working with marginalised Roma communities. The present project contributes to the fulfilment of the principles of desegregation, degetoisation and destigmatisation through activities that ensure the provision of social and assistance services in areas with the presence of marginalised Roma communities through the activities of the local civil order service in conjunction with the Police Force of the Slovak Republic. In particular, the following activities are: protection of public order in cooperation with the Police Force of the Slovak Republic, protection of private and public property, protection of the environment and continuity and road safety. The implementation of these activities will have a positive impact not only on the MRC, but also on the wider public and the environment of the municipality, and will be directed towards convergence and sensitisation of the public by improving the lives of all inhabitants of the village. L’objectif de ce projet est d’accroître l’emploi et l’employabilité des personnes vivant dans l’environnement du DLAL en fournissant des services de droit civil local dans le village de Kolačkov. Objectifs spécifiques projektu:1.Skvalitniť dialogue social entre les Roms et les non-Roms.2. Renforcer la prévention primaire et secondaire dans le domaine des activités antisociales et illégales.3. Réduire la commission des phénomènes sociopathologiques dans Kolačkov.4. Accroître le niveau de protection de l’ordre public dans la municipalité. Activité principale du projet: Soutenir la fourniture complète de services locaux d’ordre civil dans les municipalités avec la présence de MRK. Groupe cible du projet:- membres et résidents des communautés roms marginalisées — employés de l’administration publique et de l’administration autonome travaillant avec les communautés roms marginalisées. Le présent projet contribue au respect des principes de déségrégation, de dégétoisation et de déstigmatisation par le biais d’activités visant à assurer la prestation de services sociaux et d’assistance dans les zones où vivent des communautés roms marginalisées grâce aux activités du service local de l’ordre public en collaboration avec les forces de police de la République slovaque. En particulier, les activités suivantes sont: protection de l’ordre public en coopération avec les forces de police de la République slovaque, protection des biens privés et publics, protection de l’environnement et de la continuité et sécurité routière. La mise en œuvre de ces activités aura un impact positif non seulement sur la MRC, mais aussi sur le grand public et l’environnement de la municipalité, et sera orientée vers la convergence et la sensibilisation du public en améliorant la vie de tous les habitants du village.
