Spoločnosť KINEX BEARINGS a.s. je európsky líder vo výrobe valčekových ložísk pre nákladné vagóny, dôležitý dodávateľ valivých ložísk pre letecký priemysel, najväčší svetový dodávateľ špeciálnych ložísk pre textilný priemysel, jeden zo svetových dodávateľov špeciálnych ložísk pre vodné čerpadlá v automobilovom priemysle, výrobca komponentov pre rôzne odvetvia priemyslu a dodávateľ vysoko kvalitných meracích nástrojov pre všetky segmenty v priemysle. Na slovenskom trhu sme jediný výrobca valčekových ložísk. Cieľom predkladaného projektu: „Zavedenie inovatívneho automatizovaného pracoviska výroby vnútorných krúžkov ložísk“ je sériová výroba vnútorných krúžkov pre valčekové a kuželíkové ložiská koľajových vozidiel, čo významne prispieva k plneniu cieľom Stratégie výskumu a inovácií pre inteligentnú špecializáciu SR a priamo nadväzuje na oblasť hospodárskej špecializácie RIS3 – Automobilový priemysel a strojárstvo a na perspektívnu oblasť: Automatizácia, robotika a digitálne technológie.Realizáciou projektu dôjde k Zníženiu technologickej medzery SR a inovácii troch produktov a dvoch procesov spoločnosti, pričom predstavuje inováciu stredného a vysokého stupňa z dôvodu, že žiadateľ je jediný výrobca na Slovensku valčekových ložísk a bude jediný výrobca kuželíkových vnútorných krúžkov ložísk. Pomoc tak bude poskytnutá na počiatočnú investíciu (zásadná zmena) prostredníctvom investície do aktív spoločnosti, ktorou sa dosiahne inovácia produktov a procesu. Realizácia projektu prispeje k rastu inovačnej kapacity, inovácia výroby umožní cez výrobu kvalitnejších produktov, zníženej chybovosti a následných opráv, zvýšenie produktivity práce, zmiernenie negatívneho vplyvu na životné prostredie, cez zníženie energetickej náročnosti, zníženie priamych a nepriamych materiálov, zlepšovanie hospodárskeho výsledku a rast konkurencieschopnosti spoločnosti. KINEX BEARINGS a.s. is a European leader in the production of roller bearings for freight wagons, an important supplier of rolling bearings for the aerospace industry, the world’s largest supplier of special bearings for the textile industry, one of the world’s suppliers of special bearings for water pumps in the automotive industry, a manufacturer of components for various industries, and a supplier of high-quality measuring tools for all segments of the industry. On the Slovak market we are the only manufacturer of roller bearings. The aim of the present project is to: “Introduction of an innovative automated workplace for the production of inner rings of bearings” means the serial production of internal rings for roller and tapered bearings of rolling stock, which contributes significantly to the fulfilment of the objectives of the Research and Innovation Strategy for intelligent specialisation of the Slovak Republic and is directly linked to the field of economic specialisation RIS3 – Automotive and mechanical engineering and the prospective area: Automation, robotics and digital technologies.The implementation of the project will reduce the technological gap of the Slovak Republic and innovation of three products and two processes of the company, representing an innovation of medium and high degree due to the fact that the applicant is the only manufacturer in Slovakia of roller bearings and will be the only manufacturer of tapered inner rings of bearings. The aid will thus be granted for the initial investment (substantial change) through an investment in the assets of the company, which will achieve product and process innovation. The implementation of the project will contribute to the growth of innovation capacity, production innovation will allow through the production of better products, reduced error rates and subsequent repairs, increase labour productivity, mitigate negative environmental impact, reduce energy intensity, reduce direct and indirect materials, improve economic performance and increase the company’s competitiveness. Kinex BEARINGS a.s. est un leader européen dans la production de roulements à rouleaux pour wagons de fret, un important fournisseur de roulements pour l’industrie aérospatiale, le plus grand fournisseur mondial de roulements spéciaux pour l’industrie textile, l’un des fournisseurs mondiaux de roulements spéciaux pour pompes à eau dans l’industrie automobile, un fabricant de composants pour diverses industries et un fournisseur d’outils de mesure de haute qualité pour tous les segments de l’industrie. Sur le marché slovaque, nous sommes le seul fabricant de roulements à rouleaux. L’objectif du présent projet est de: «Introduction d’un lieu de travail automatisé innovant pour la production d’anneaux intérieurs de roulements», la production en série d’anneaux internes pour les roulements à rouleaux et les roulements coniques du matériel roulant, qui contribue de manière significative à la réalisation des objectifs de la stratégie de recherche et d’innovation pour la spécialisation intelligente de la République slovaque et est directement liée au domaine de spécialisation économique RIS3 — ingénierie automobile et mécanique et au domaine prospectif: Automatisation, robotique et technologies numériques.La mise en œuvre du projet permettra de réduire l’écart technologique de la République slovaque et l’innovation de trois produits et deux procédés de l’entreprise, ce qui représente une innovation de degré moyen et élevé du fait que le demandeur est le seul fabricant en Slovaquie de roulements à rouleaux et sera le seul fabricant d’anneaux intérieurs coniques de roulements. L’aide sera donc accordée pour l’investissement initial (modification substantielle) par l’intermédiaire d’un investissement dans les actifs de l’entreprise, qui permettra d’innover sur le plan des produits et des procédés. La mise en œuvre du projet contribuera à la croissance de la capacité d’innovation, l’innovation en matière de production permettra de produire de meilleurs produits, de réduire les taux d’erreurs et les réparations subséquentes, d’augmenter la productivité de la main-d’œuvre, d’atténuer les effets négatifs sur l’environnement, de réduire l’intensité énergétique, de réduire les matériaux directs et indirects, d’améliorer les performances économiques et d’accroître la compétitivité de l’entreprise.
