Projekt "Komunitné centrum Drahňov" reaguje na identifikovaný problém nedostatočného poskytovania komunitných činností v obci. Nakoľko sa v obci nenachádza komunitné centrum (ďalej aj "KC"), ktoré by umožnilo prístup obyvateľov z marginalizovaných rómskych komunít (ďalej aj "MRK"), sociálne znevýhodnených obyvateľov a detí ku kompletným sociálno-komunitným službám, ktoré obec ako ich poskytovateľ má zabezpečiť, bolo za hlavný cieľ projektu stanovené:prostredníctvom rekonštrukcie objektu na komunitné centrum, budú poskytované kompletné sociálno-komunitné služby, čím dôjde k sociálnemu začleňovaniu ohrozených osôb na individuálnej a lokálnej úrovni.Celkový cieľ projektu bude implikovaný aj prostredníctvom špecifických cieľov:prostredníctvom KC vytvoriť priestorové a materiálne podmienky na komunitný rozvoj a výkonpodpora, upevnenie a osvojenie základných pracovných a spoločenských návykov osôb MRK a ostatných sociálne vylúčených.Obec si uvedomuje potrebu zlepšenia podmienok života týchto segregovaných komunít, preto zo svojho majetku identifikovala starší objekt - rodinný dom, ktorý je svojou polohou v obci dostupný všetkým obyvateľom. Rekonštrukciou existujúcej budovy vznikne komunitné centrum s minimálnymi požiadavkami na technické a priestorové parametre v zmysle prílohy Výzvy. Projekt je v súlade s princípmi desegregácie, degetoizácie a destigmatizácie. Rovnako aj s globálnym a špecifickým cieľom operačného programu Ľudské zdroje. (Slovak)

The project “Commune Center Drahňov” responds to the identified problem of insufficient provision of community activities in the municipality. Since there is no community centre in the village (hereinafter referred to as “CC”) that would allow access for residents from marginalised Roma communities (hereinafter referred to as “MRK”), socially disadvantaged residents and children to complete social-community services, which the municipality as their provider is supposed to provide, the main aim of the project was to: stanovené:prostredníctvom reconstruction of the building to a community center, complete socio-community services will be provided, thus social inclusion of vulnerable people at individual and local level. The overall objective of the project will also be implied through the specific cieľov:prostredníctvom KC to create spatial and material conditions for community development and support performance, consolidation and adoption of basic working and social habits of people of MRK and other socially excluded.The municipality is aware of the need to improve the conditions of life of these segregated communities, therefore from its property has identified an older object – a family house, which is accessible to all residents by its location in the village. The reconstruction of the existing building will create a community centre with minimum requirements for technical and spatial parameters within the meaning of the Annex Calls. The project complies with the principles of desegregation, degetoisation and destigmatisation. Also with the global and specific objective of the Human Resources Operational Programme. (English)

Le projet «Centre commun Drahňov» répond au problème identifié de l’insuffisance des activités communautaires dans la municipalité. Étant donné qu’il n’existe pas de centre communautaire dans le village (ci-après dénommé «CC») qui permettrait aux résidents des communautés roms marginalisées (ci-après dénommées «MRK»), aux résidents socialement défavorisés et aux enfants de compléter les services sociaux-communautaires, que la municipalité en tant que prestataire est censé fournir, l’objectif principal du projet était de: stanovené:prostredníctvom reconstruire le bâtiment en centre communautaire, fournir des services socio-communautaires complets, de sorte que l’inclusion sociale des personnes vulnérables au niveau individuel et local. consolidation et adoption des habitudes de travail et sociales de base des personnes de MRK et d’autres personnes socialement exclues.La municipalité est consciente de la nécessité d’améliorer les conditions de vie de ces communautés séparées, donc de sa propriété a identifié un objet plus ancien — une maison familiale, qui est accessible à tous les résidents par son emplacement dans le village. La reconstruction du bâtiment existant créera un centre communautaire avec des exigences minimales pour les paramètres techniques et spatiaux au sens des appels en annexe. Le projet est conforme aux principes de déségrégation, de dégétoisation et de déstigmatisation. Également avec l’objectif global et spécifique du programme opérationnel «Ressources humaines».
