The start of a development linked to the drainage of the road is located at km 6 + 300. The route takes place in the direction of the city of Trzebiles by the cultivated area and by the village of Noglice. The scope of the road works shall include the following: the corrective (local) milling of the pavement, the extension of the existing pavement, the equalisation of the existing subconstruction of the pavement, the execution of the layer binding, execution of the wall with the SMA, the execution of a new complete pavement structure on the dismantled sections, the renovation of the existing bicycle cycle and the local alterations, construction and reconstruction of pedestrian areas. Przedmiotem inwestycji jest przebudowa i rozbudowa drogi wojewódzkiej nr 109 wraz z przejściem przez m. Nowielice na długości 2723 m. Jest to droga o parametrach drogi głównej "G". Początek przebudowy drogi znajduje się w km 6+396,38, natomiast koniec w pikiecie 9+119,75. Początek opracowania związany z odwodnieniem drogi zlokalizowany jest w km 6+300. Trasa przebiega w kierunku miasta Trzebiatów przez tereny uprawne oraz przez miejscowość Nowielice. Zakres robót nawierzchniowych obejmuje: korekcyjne (miejscowe) frezowanie nawierzchni, wykonanie poszerzeń istniejącej nawierzchni, wyrównanie istniejącej podbudowy masą bitumiczną, wykonanie warstwy wiążącej, wykonanie warstwy ścieralnej z SMA, wykonanie nowej pełnej konstrukcji nawierzchni na odcinkach rozbieranych, remont istniejącego ciągu rowerowego oraz lokalnie przebudowę, budowę i przebudowę ciągów pieszych. Ponadto niniejsza inwestycja swoim zakresem obejmuje: budowę elementów uspokojenia ruchu (przejścia dla pieszych w formie azyli, wysepki kanalizujące ruch na wlotach do miejscowości), przebudowę zatok autobusowych, przebudowę istniejących zjazdów, częściową rozbiórkę istniejącej jezdni (w miejscach przełomów, w rejonie przejazdu kolejowego, pod wykonanie odcinka kanalizacji w rejonie przejazdu kolejowego), rozbiórkę istniejącej kładki pieszo-rowerowej, przebudowę mostu na rzece Sarni polegająca na poszerzeniu mostu pod ciąg pieszo-rowerowy, budowę systemu odprowadzania ścieków opadowych (kanalizacja deszczowa oraz urządzenia oczyszczające), likwidację kolizji z sieciami uzbrojenia terenu (gaz, elektryka), przestawienie istniejącego słupa oświetleniowego, budowę kanalizacji deszczowej, wycinkę kolidujących drzew oraz krzewów, przebudowę istniejącego przepustu, wykonanie przepustów pod zjazdami, oczyszczenie istniejącego przepustu, regulacja istniejących rowów odwadniających, wykonanie oznakowania poziomego i pionowego.
