The purpose of the project is to expand the Centre of Practical Education at the interface with the existing construction of the ZS No 1 in Skwarzędzin together with the comprehensive management of the site and the necessary equipment, including highly specialised technical equipment. The new building building is designed on the L plan as two and three floors, in part, in which three main parts will be distinguished: teaching, hotel and catering (to serve the profession of hospitality and will not be commercial), administrative and conference conference. In the signing of the building, the building will perform technical and storage functions and will be equipped with room and social rooms. In addition, a free-standing ground park building is being designed, in which the workshop will be located and a two-door garage located. The entire facility will be fully accessible to persons with disabilities. The area is 3 717.12 m² (main building of 3 606.93 m², working as inspector himself). 110.19 m²). In addition, the facility is designed to be a reduced need for primary and useful energy as an energy efficiency class A in accordance with the guidelines of the programme “LEMUR — energy-efficient buildings of general interest”. Przedmiotem Projektu jest rozbudowa bazy Centrum Kształcenia Praktycznego na styku z istniejącą zabudową ZS Nr 1 w Swarzędzu wraz z kompleksowym zagospodarowaniem terenu i niezbędnym wyposażeniem, w tym w wysoce specjalistyczny sprzęt techno-dydaktyczny. Nowy budynek dydaktyczny zaprojektowany został na planie litery L jako dwu i trzykondygnacyjny, częściowo podpiwniczony, w którym wyodrębnione zostaną trzy główne części: dydaktyczna, hotelowo-gastronomiczna (służyć będzie nauce zawodu na potrzeby kierunku gastronomiczno-hotelarskiego i nie będzie miała charakteru komercyjnego), administracyjno – konferencyjna. W podpiwniczeniu budynek będzie pełnił funkcje techniczne i magazynowe oraz znajdą się tam pomieszczenia szatniowe i socjalne. Ponadto projektowany jest wolnostojący parterowy budynek, w którym zlokalizowana będzie pracownia obsługi diagnostycznej oraz garaż dwustanowiskowy. Cały obiekt będzie w pełni dostępny dla osób niepełnosprawnych. Powierzchnia użyt. obiektów wyniesie 3.717,12m2, ( budynek główny 3.606,93m2, prac. diagn. sam. 110,19m2). Dodatkowo obiekt ten zaprojektowany został jako obiekt o zmniejszonej klasie zapotrzebowania na energię pierwotną i użytkową, jako obiekt o klasie energooszczędności A zgodnie z wytycznymi programu "Lemur - energooszczędne budynki użyteczności publicznej". W związku z tym, iż główny obiekt bezpośrednio połączony zostanie z istniejącymi obiektami Zespołu Szkół Nr 1 w Swarzędzu, tworząc zamknięty kwartał zabudowy z wewnętrznym patiem, w ramach Projektu zrealizowane zostaną również prace polegające na zmianach zarówno w zakresie istniejących zabudowań jak i zagospodarowania terenu.Efekty realizacji projektu zostaną zmierzone za pomocą wskaźników produktu i rezultatu, które określą bezpośrednie, materialne efekty realizacji przedsięwzięcia.Liczba wspartych obiektów infrastruktury kształcenia zawodowego –1 szt.Potencjał objętej wsparciem infrastruktury w zakresie opieki nad dziećmi lub infrastruktury edukacyjnej – 1425 osób.
