The construction of the cycle path is the first step in the renovation/extension of the district road No 2486P Pobiedziska — Wood (to node S5). The scope of Phase I (scope of the project) also includes the upgrading of sections of the district road necessary for the operation of the cycle path. The project will build a cycle path of ca. 5.180 km. The built cycle path will have the following surface: — a wall layer of concrete asphalt with a thickness of 4 cm; — layer of base construction with a thickness of 10 cm; — layer of ground construction with a thickness of 2 014 cm; — a layer of ground stabilised cement with a thickness of 10 cm to 15 cm.The projected cycle path shall also include the upgrading and extension of the existing lighting system along the built cycle path using an energy-efficient lighting system. the project’s scope also includes the upgrading and extension of the existing lighting system along the built cycle path using an energy-efficient lighting system. the project’s scope also includes the task of carrying out surveillance activities in kind (products) of the project in question: — Length of cycling infrastructure — 5.180 km; — Number of campaigns and information and publicity campaigns — 2; — Number of new/improved light points — 11 items; — number of new/upgraded light points; — number of new/upgraded light points: 3.3.3. Zakres projektu obejmuje budowę ścieżki rowerowej stanowiącej łącznik pomiędzy miastem Pobiedziska a miejscowościami Kapalica i Kociałkowa Górka. Budowa ścieżki rowerowej jest pierwszym etapem zadania obejmującego przebudowę/rozbudowę drogi powiatowej nr 2486P Pobiedziska - Iwno (do węzła S5). Zakres etapu I (zakres przedmiotowego projektu) obejmuje również przebudowę odcinków drogi powiatowej niezbędnych do funkcjonowania ścieżki rowerowej. W ramach projektu wybudowana zostanie ścieżka rowerowa o długości ok. 5,180 km. Wybudowana ścieżka rowerowa posiadała będzie następującą nawierzchnię:- warstwa ścieralna z betonu asfaltowego o grubości 4 cm;- warstwa podbudowy zasadniczej o grubości 10 cm;- warstwa gruntu stabilizowanego cementem o grubości 10 - 15 cm.Wybudowana ścieżka rowerowa prowadziła będzie do drogi funkcjonującej w ramach Zintegrowanego Węzła Przesiadkowego (budowa drogi objęta jest zakresem projektu którego realizacji zostanie sfinansowana ze środków WRPO 2014+ w ramach poddziałania 3.3.3 typ I).Zakres projektu obejmuje także przebudowę oraz rozbudowę istniejącego układu oświetleniowego wzdłuż wybudowanej ścieżki rowerowej z zastosowaniem energooszczędnego systemu oświetleniowego.Zakres przedmiotowego projektu obejmuje także przeprowadzenie działań promocyjnych w zakresie mobilności zrównoważonej, w szczególności komunikacji rowerowej.Na przedmiotowy projekt składa się także zadanie obejmujące sprawowanie nadzoru inwestorskiego.Efekty rzeczowe (produkty) realizacji przedmiotowego projektu to:- Długość wspartej infrastruktury rowerowej - 5,180 km;- Liczba akcji i kampanii informacyjno - promocyjnych - 2 szt.;- Liczba nowych/zmodernizowanych punktów świetlnych - 11 szt.
