The project “Improving the state of public transport of the town of Wągowiec through the purchase of low carbon buses and the construction and alteration of transport infrastructure along with promotional activities” implies the purchase of 4 low-emission buses for public transport, construction of road, parking, cycling and walking. Within the framework of the project, a functional integrated communication centre (ZCK) will be set up to enable a modal shift in the mode of transport equipped with passenger service facilities, including ticket sales points. For the purposes of the ZCK, access roads, pavements and cycle paths will be constructed, free and accessible parking areas will be provided: Parkamp; ride with 171 metres, and a double charger for electric cars, with designated places for disabled people and "Bikeamp; ride na ca. 200 meters, equipped with a cycle wind, surrounded by a green one. Energy efficient street lighting will be installed. In addition, a new cycle road linking the ZCK and the city centre to the eastern part of the city where the largest housing settlement is located — Osiedle East, will be built using a rail embankment, using a rail embankment. In the case of new and listed shelters, electronic boards shall be installed, integrated into the computer system, in order to become familiar with the timetable, a line of communication.     Projekt "Poprawa stanu transportu publicznego miasta Wągrowca poprzez zakup niskoemisyjnych autobusów oraz budowę i przebudowę infrastruktury transportowej wraz z działaniami promocyjnymi" zakłada zakup 4 niskoemisyjnych autobusów dla transportu publicznego Wągrowca, budowę infrastruktury drogowej, parkingowej, rowerowej i pieszej. W ramach projektu powstanie w Wągrowcu funkcjonalne Zintegrowane Centrum Komunikacyjne (ZCK), umożliwiające dogodną zmianę środka transportu, wyposażone w infrastrukturę dla obsługi podróżnych, w tym punkty sprzedaży biletów. Na potrzeby ZCK zostaną zbudowane oraz przebudowane drogi dojazdowe, chodniki i ścieżki rowerowe, powstaną bezpłatne i ogólnodostępne parkingi: typu "Parkamp;Ride" z 171 m. postojowymi oraz podwójną ładowarką dla samochodów elektrycznych, z wytyczonymi miejscami dla niepełnosprawnych i "Bikeamp;Ride na ok. 200 m. wyposażony w wiaty rowerowe, otoczony zielenią. Zostanie zamontowane energooszczędne oświetlenie uliczne. Ponadto po nieczynnej linii kolejowej, z wykorzystaniem nasypu kolejowego, zostanie wybudowana nowa droga rowerowa łącząca ZCK i centrum miasta z wschodnią częścią miasta, w której m.in. znajduje się największe osiedle mieszkaniowe - Osiedle Wschód. Na nowych i wymienionych wiatach przystankowych zostaną zamontowane tablice elektroniczne zintegrowane z systemem informatycznym, umożliwiające zapoznanie się z rozkładem jazdy, linią komunikacyjną. Projekt zakłada również działania informacyjne i promocyjne dotyczące transportu publicznego, rowerowego i pieszego.W wyniku realizacji projektu osiągnięte zostaną następujące wskaźniki produktu:- liczba taboru - 4 szt.- dł. dróg rowerowych - 1,919 km- liczba miejsc Pamp;R- 171 szt.- liczba miejsc Bamp;R - 200 szt.- liczba miejsc dla os. niepełnosprawnych - 7 szt.- obiekt Pamp;R - 1 szt.- obiekt Bamp;R - 1 szt.- liczba zintegrowanych Centrów Komunikacji - 1- liczba zintegrowanych systemów - 1- pojemność taboru - 297 os.- liczba punktów oświetl. - 84- liczba akcj (Polish)
