The project includes activities for social and occupational integration and animation. It will be implemented in the period 31.III.2019 to 30.XI.2019 in the 4 municipalities of the Czarnków-Trzcianka district: the municipalities of Czarnków (11029 inhabitants), the village community of Czarnków (11377 inhabitants), the village of Połajewo (6188 inhabitants) and the rural municipality of Lubasz (7572 inhabitants), as well as the district of the district of manure: rural Municipality of Ryworół (7379 inhabitants). The main objective of the project is to increase the employability of 24 people (14 K and 10 M) at risk of social exclusion by increasing their socio-professional activity. The need to implement the project derives from the problem, as defined by the Applicant and in partnership, of low professional and social participation of persons at risk of social exclusion and the low ability of those persons to take up employment. The activities planned under the project will cover 24 people at risk of social exclusion (14 K and 10 M), which will be followed by activation and social and social reintegration processes in the CIS of Gębiczyn. This process will run for 7 months (from V.2019 to XII 2019). During your stay in a CIS, participants will participate in 3 workshops: catering, gardening (architecture and green care), renovation and construction, and being directed to vocational courses and training (150 h/os.). They will also contribute to integration projects and to social activation and inclusion activities. These actions will contribute to the achievement of the project’s results, i.e. the increase in the number of people at risk of social exclusion, who have obtained a qualification after leaving the programme, who work after leaving the programme (including self-employed workers) who have acquired or acquired competence after leaving the programme. The project will result in supporting 24 people at risk of social exclusion. (English) | |||

Projekt obejmuje działania mające na celu integrację i aktywizację społeczno-zawodową. Realizowany będzie w okresie od 31.III.2019 do30.XI.2019 na terenie 4 gmin powiatu czarnkowsko-trzcianeckiego: gminy miejskiej Czarnków (11029 mieszkańców), gminy wiejskiej Czarnków (11377 mieszkańców), gminy wiejskiej Połajewo (6188 mieszkańców) i gminy wiejskiej Lubasz (7572 mieszkańców)GUS 2016, oraz jednej gminy powiatu obornickiego: gminy wiejskiej Ryczywół (7379 mieszkańców). Głównym celem realizacji projektu jest wzrost szans na rynku pracy 24 osób (14 K i 10 M) zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym poprzez zwiększenie ich aktywności społeczno-zawodowej. Potrzeba realizacji projektu wynika ze zdefiniowanego przez Wnioskodawcę i Partnera problemu, jakim jest niska aktywność zawodowa i społeczna osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym oraz niska zdolność do podjęcia zatrudnienia przez te osoby. Działaniami zaplanowanymi w ramach projektu zostaną objęte 24 osoby zagrożone wykluczeniem społecznym (14 K i 10 M), które po opracowaniu IŚR przejdą procesy aktywizacji i reintegracji społeczno-zawodowej w CIS w Gębiczynie. Proces ten będzie trwał 7 miesięcy (od V.2019 do XII 2019). Podczas pobytu w CIS uczestnicy wezmą udział w 3 warsztatach: gastronomicznym, ogrodniczym (architektury i pielęgnacji zieleni), remontowo-budowlanym oraz zostaną skierowani na kursy i szkolenia zawodowe (150 h/os.). Wezmą także udział w przedsięwzięciach integracyjnych oraz zajęciach mających na celu aktywizację i integrację społeczną. Działania te przyczynią się do osiągnięcia rezultatów projektu tj. do wzrostu liczby osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu, poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu programu, pracujących po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek), które uzyskały kwalifikacje lub nabyły kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu. Efektem realizacji projektu będzie objęcie wsparciem 24 osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym. (Polish)
