The project consists of an energy renovation of a Team of Schools in the University of Siekierski (1.09.2017 will be called the Primary School). It is a free-standing building, built in traditional technology. The building is home to a dwelling (the costs were separated as non-eligible).Buildings at the same time were subject to an extension of a new part. The costs of extension were not included in the cost of the project, only as regards the installation of CO (including the modernisation of the boiler and installation of heat pumps) — the costs have been broken down in proportion to the area of the new building. the project will be carried out in the territory of Mr Siekierski (District of Poznań, Wlkp.). The final beneficiary of the project is the municipality of Kostrzyn. The final beneficiaries to which this project is addressed will be all the residents of the municipality, the Poznań district and the entire region for which implementation of the investment will mean the improvement of the natural environment. The beneficiaries of the project will be students and staff using a thermal modernisation facility. 291 Scope of work related to thermal modernisation will cover the following projects (implementation to the extent specified in the audit — page). 51: section. 7.2 ‘Documentation of the option chosen for the thermo-modernisation operation’: insulation of the costume, the insulation of the ceiling, the insulation of the roof, — the hybrid application of the plant, the insulation of the outer walls, — replacement of doors and window frames, — Willing with heating apparatus — replacement of a central heating installation with modernisation of the boiler and the installation of a heat pump. Przedmiotem projektu jest modernizacja energetyczna budynku Zespołu Szkół w Siekierkach Wielkich (od 1.09.2017 będzie nazwany Szkołą Podstawową). Jest to budynek wolnostojący, zbudowany w technologii tradycyjnej. W budynku znajduje się mieszkanie (koszty z tym związane zostały wydzielone jako niekwalifikowane).Budynek jednocześnie podlegał rozbudowie o nową część. Kosztów rozbudowy nie uwzględniono w kosztach projektu, jedynie w zakresie instalacji CO (w tym modernizacja kotłowni i montaż pomp ciepła) - wydzielono koszty niekwalifikowane proporcjonalnie do powierzchni nowego budynku.Projekt zrealizowany zostanie na terenie miejscowości Siekierki Wielkie (powiat poznański, woj. wlkp.). Beneficjentem końcowym projektu jest gmina Kostrzyn. Beneficjentami ostatecznymi do których skierowany jest niniejszy projekt, będą wszyscy mieszkańcy gminy, powiatu poznańskiego oraz całego regionu dla których realizacja inwestycji oznaczać będzie poprawę stanu środowiska naturalnego. Ponadtobeneficjentami projektu będą uczniowie i pracownicy korzystający z obiektu przewidzianego do termomodernizacji.Szacuje się, iż z obiektu korzysta dziennie ok. 291 osób.Zakres prac związanych z termomodernizacją obejmie następujące przedsięwzięcia (realizacja w zakresie określonym w audycie – str. 51: pkt. 7.2 "Dokumentacja wybranego wariantu przedsięwzięcia termomodernizacyjnego"):- Ocieplenie stropodachu, - Ocieplenie stropu, - Ocieplenie dachu, - Wentylacja hybrydowa, - Ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, - Wymiana stolarki drzwiowej i okiennej, - Wentylacja za pomocą aparatów grzewczowentylacyjnych- Wymiana instalacji centralnego ogrzewania wraz z modernizacją kotłowni i montażem pompy ciepła. Produktami projektu będą (2017 r.):Liczba zmodernizowanych energetycznie bud. – 1 szt.Pow. użytkowa bud.poddanych termomodernizacji - 1.175,75 m2Liczba zmodernizowanych źródeł ciepła - 1 szt.Liczba wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii cieplnej z OZE - 1 szt.
