Operacija »Učne delavnice« je namenjena:– vključevanju ranljivih skupin v socialna podjetja (informiranje, motiviranje in podpora pri vključevanju v zaposlitev ali pri vključevanju v delovna usposabljanja za osebe iz posameznih ranljivih skupin),– razvoju dejavnosti in zaposlovanju v obstoječih socialnih podjetjih z namenom socialne, poklicne in delovne rehabilitacije.Cilj operacije je socialna, poklicna in delovna integracija 1.000 oseb iz ciljne skupine, od tega 550 v KRVS in 450 v KRZS, pri čemer se pričakuje, da bo po zaključku operacije zaposlenih vsaj 25 % vključenih iz KRVS ter 25 % iz KRZS. 1.000 udeležencev operacije bo pridobilo socialne, poklicne in delovne kompetence, ki so potrebne za lažji vstop na trg dela iz česar sledi, da bo izvedba operacije prispevala k doseganju cilja Evropa 2020, in sicer k 75 % zaposlenosti prebivalstva s starostni skupini 20-64 let. The operation “Learning Workshops” is aimed at:- the integration of vulnerable groups into social enterprises (information, motivation and support for integration into employment or participation in work training for persons from individual vulnerable groups), — development of activities and employment in existing social enterprises for the purpose of social, occupational and labour rehabilitation. The objective of the operation is the social, occupational and labour integration of 1,000 people from the target group, 550 of which are in KRVS and 450 in CRWS, where at least 25 % of employees are expected to be involved from the CRVS and 25 % from the CRZS after the completion of the operation. 1,000 participants in the operation will acquire the social, occupational and labour competences needed to facilitate entry into the labour market, which means that the implementation of the operation will contribute to achieving the Europe 2020 target of 75 % of the employment of the population aged 20-64. L’opération «Ateliers d’apprentissage» vise à:- l’intégration des groupes vulnérables dans les entreprises sociales (information, motivation et soutien à l’insertion professionnelle ou à la participation à la formation professionnelle pour les personnes appartenant à des groupes vulnérables individuels), — le développement des activités et de l’emploi dans les entreprises sociales existantes en vue de la réadaptation sociale, professionnelle et de la main-d’œuvre. L’objectif de l’opération est l’intégration sociale, professionnelle et professionnelle de 1 000 personnes du groupe cible, dont 550 sont en krvs et 450 dans le CRWS, où au moins 25 % des salariés sont attendus du CRVS et 25 % du CRZS après l’achèvement de l’opération. 1 000 participants à l’opération acquerront les compétences sociales, professionnelles et professionnelles nécessaires pour faciliter l’entrée sur le marché du travail, ce qui signifie que la mise en œuvre de l’opération contribuera à atteindre l’objectif d’Europe 2020 de 75 % de l’emploi de la population âgée de 20 à 64 ans. Ziel des Vorhabens ist die soziale, berufliche und berufliche Integration von 1.000 Menschen aus der Zielgruppe, 550 davon sind in krvs und 450 in CRWS, wo mindestens 25 % der Beschäftigten aus dem CRVS und 25 % aus dem CRZS nach Abschluss der Operation beteiligt werden sollen. 1.000 Teilnehmer werden die sozialen, beruflichen und arbeitsrechtlichen Kompetenzen erwerben, die erforderlich sind, um den Eintritt in den Arbeitsmarkt zu erleichtern, was bedeutet, dass die Durchführung der Maßnahme dazu beitragen wird, das Europa-2020-Ziel von 75 % der Beschäftigung der 20- bis 64-Jährigen zu erreichen.
