The project is the thermal renovation of 4 public buildings — educational facilities in Pile: Primary School No 4 im Mikołaja Kopernik, Public Front of Elemelka Public, Public Entrepreneurship 14., Krasnodar Hałabł, Żem nr. 1. The project involves thermal modernisation works aimed at reducing the heat and electricity consumption of these buildings, as well as reducing emissions of pollutants, including CO2 and particulate matter PM10. Thanks to the project, the overall increase in energy efficiency in these buildings will be 47.94 %. Total project value = PLN 5 998 983,83. Value of eligible expenditure = PLN 4 454 683,62. Value of ineligible expenditure = PLN 1 544 300,21 Ineligible costs were identified as costs per occupation area (i.e.: 0.28 % of the total surface area of the buildings), the cost of installing the stage of the boarding of the terrace (ŻGPR) and connected with the electrical installation, lighting and bells with the electrical switchgear (SP 4). The main recipients of the project will be users of the above educational buildings, including children who are students or the education of educational establishments, workers (including teachers, educators, administrative and service workers), as well as parents. In addition, the project results in terms of improving air quality will be the inhabitants of the city of Piła and of Wielkopolskie Province. The planned effects of the project are as follows: energy modernised public buildings — educational facilities in Pile, floor area of buildings undergoing thermal modernisation. The selected output indicators are the number of energy modernised buildings (4), the useful floor area of buildings undergoing thermal modernisation (8 590.01 m²) to be achieved in 2018 (verification source: minutes and receivers.) Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja 4 budynków użyteczności publicznej - obiektów oświatowych w Pile: Szkoły Podstawowej nr 4 im. Mikołaja Kopernika, Publicznego Przedszkola nr 14 im. Wróbelka Elemelka, Publicznego Przedszkola nr 17 im. Krasnala Hałabały, Żłobka nr 1. W ramach projektu zakłada się prace termomodernizacyjne mające na celu obniżenie zużycia energii cieplnej i elektrycznej w tych budynkach, a także ograniczenie emisji zanieczyszczeń, w tym CO2 i pyłu PM10. Dzięki realizacji projektu łączny wzrost efektywności energetycznej w tych budynkach będzie wynosił 47,94%. Całkowita wartości projektu = 5 998 983,83 zł. Wartość wydatków kwalifikowanych =4 454 683,62 zł. Wartość wydatków niekwalifikowanych = 1 544 300,21 zł Za koszty kwalifikowane uznano koszty przypadające na powierzchnię budynków związaną z działalnością statutową. Za koszty niekwalifikowane uznano koszty przypadające na powierzchnię związaną z prowadzeniem działalności gospodarczej (tj. 0,28% całkowitej powierzchni budynków), koszty zamontowania schodołazu na balustradzie tarasowej (Żłobek) i zw. z instalacją elektryczną, oświetlenia i dzwonka wraz z rozdzielnicami elektrycznymi (SP nr 4). Głównymi odbiorcami projektu będą użytkownicy ww. budynków oświatowych, w tym dzieci będące uczniami bądź wychowankami placówek oświatowych, pracownicy (w tym nauczyciele, wychowawcy, pracownicy administracyjni i obsługi), a także rodzice. W dodatku odbiorcami rezultatów projektu tj. w postaci poprawy jakości powietrza będą mieszkańcy miasta Piła i woj. wielkopolskiego. Planowane do osiągnięcia efekty rzeczowe projektu to: zmodernizowane energetycznie budynki użyteczności publicznej – obiekty oświatowe w Pile, powierzchnia użytkowa budynków poddanych termomodernizacji. Wybrane wskaźniki produktu to liczba zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków (4szt.), powierzchnia użytkowa budynków poddanych termomodernizacji (8590,01 m2), które zostaną osiągnięte w 2018 r.(źródło weryfikacji: proto.zdawczo-odbior.)
