The aim of the project is to design and carry out the necessary tests and then to commercialise the results of the research by introducing into the production of the ultra-light seats system for rolling stock, with a low weight with a high level of safety and improved comfort, which will make a significant contribution to the development of clean, safe and efficient rail transport. The project involves an active transfer, i.e. commercialising technologies on a market basis and enabling the use of industrial property rights to be incorporated into the economic activities of another entrepreneur. The commercialisation will be made by the related entity — the manufacturer of the seats for the mass communication system STER sp. z o.o. the project’s output includes the performance of the R & D of industrial research and the purchase of the R & D infrastructure of the project, the following output indicators will be realised: — save in the form of 1 support units — save in the form of a subsidy of 1 pcs. Private investment in support of pub. for before. (grants) PLN 2.004.161,73. — The research and implementation of the project and the implementation of its results in economic practice will strengthen the innovative capacity of the company; the creation of a high added value product based on an innovative technology with an ultra-light seat system for rolling stock in public transport vehicles, taking into account the improvement of driving comfort and the new EU rules on the safety of passengers. the project will start in January 2017 and end in October 2020. Przedmiotem projektu jest zaprojektowanie i przeprowadzenie niezbędnych badań, a następnie po zakończeniu projektu komercjalizacja wyników badań poprzez wprowadzenie do produkcji systemu ultralekkich siedzeń do zabudowy w pojazdach szynowych, charakteryzujących się niską wagą przy jednoczesnym wysokim stopniu bezpieczeństwa i poprawie komfortu jazdy, co znacząco przyczyni się do rozwoju ekologicznego, bezpiecznego i zarazem efektywnego transportu kolejowego. Projekt zakłada transfer aktywny tj. komercjalizację technologii na zasadach rynkowych i umożliwienie korzystania z praw własności przemysłowej w celu wprowadzenia ich do działalności gospodarczej innego przedsiębiorcy. Komercjalizacja nastąpi przez powiązany podmiot – producenta siedzeń do środków komunikacji masowej STER sp. z o.o.Przedmiot projektu obejmuje przeprowadzenie prac B+R badań przemysłowych i zakup infrastruktury B+RW wyniku realizacji projektu zostaną zrealizowane następujące wskaźniki produktu: - l. przeds.otrzymujących wsparcie - 1 szt. - l. przeds. otrzymujących dotację 1 szt. - Inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie pub. dla przed.(dotacje) 2.004.161,73 zł. - l. przeds.wspartych w zakresie prowadzenia prac - 1 szt- l. przeds.ponoszących nakłady inwestycyjne na działalność B+R - 1szt- l. wspartych laboratoriów badawczych ba przedsiębiorstw współpracujących z ośrodkami badawczymi - 1 szt - l. nabytych wartości niematerialnych i prawnych - 1szt.W wyniku realizacji projektu i wdrożenia jego wyników do praktyki gospodarczej nastąpi wzmocnienie potencjału innowacyjnego przedsiębiorstwa, powstanie produkt o wysokiej wartości dodanej, oparty na innowacyjnej technologii, w postaci systemu ultralekkich siedzenia do zabudowy w pojazdach szynowych środków transportu publicznego, uwzględniając poprawę komfortu jazdy oraz nowe przepisy UE dot. ochrony bezpieczeństwa pasażerów.Projekt rozpocznie się w styczniu 2017, a zakończy w październiku 2020.
