CEL GŁ.: Zwiększenie aktywności zawodowej wśród 62 rodziców dzieci w wieku żłobkowym [58K/4M] z powiatów słupeckiego i konińskiego, w tym min. 2 osób wychowujących dzieci z niepełnosprawn. i min. 31 os. z obsz. wiejskich poprzez poprzez stworzenie 62 nowych miejsc żłobkowych w ramach nowych oddziałów żłobków w Strzałkowie i Golinie, w terminie 01.08.2018-31.10.2019.GRUPA DOCELOWA: 62 osoby [58K/4M] dośw. trudności na rynku pracy w związku ze sprawow. opieką nad dzieckiem do lat 3, które pracują lub zamieszkują (wg KC) w woj. wielkopolskim powiaty: słupecki, koniński, bez względu na wiek, czy wykształc.Wśród nich:- 51 pracujących spraw. opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3 [49K/2M] (w tym os. na urlopach macierz./rodzicielskich),- 11 os. niezatrudnionych (7 biernych zaw. [6K/1M] i 4 bezrobotnych [3K/1M]) pozost. poza r. pracy ze wzgl. na obow. opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3, w tym os. które przerwały karierę zaw. ze wzgl. na urodzenie dziecka lub przeb. na urlopie wychow.,W ramach projektu utworzymy 4 nowe grupy żłobkowe, 2 w Golinie (36 miejsc) i 2 w Strzałkowie (26 miejsc), łącznie z 62 miejscami opieki, w tym min. 2 dla dzieci niepełnosprawnych. Miejsca będą utrzymywane przez min. 2 lata po zakończeniu realiz. proj.Projekt spełnia kryterium premiujące:1. Utworzenie miejsca opieki nad dzieckiem do lat 3 w gminie, w której odsetek dzieci do lat 3 objętych opieką w żłobkach w 2016 roku był niższy od średniej dla kraju w roku 2016 (tj. 7,8%)2. Projekty są realizowane przez jednostki administracji publicznej/podmioty ekonomii społ. lub w partnerstwie z minimum jednym z ww. podmiotów. Partner WSnRROW znajduje się w katalogu podmiotów prawnych ekonomii społecznej (zob.: ekonomiaspoleczna.pl), ponadto wśród jego klientów znajdują się osoby pochodzące z grup zagrożonych wykluczeniem społ., w tym osoby niepełnosprawne wspierane od 2006 roku w ramach projektów międzynarodowych oraz EFS realizowanych przez WSnRROW wskazanych m.in. w cz. 5.3.
