The project aims to provide support to the people of Wągroca (experiencing difficulties in the labour market) through the creation of 50 childcare places at the nursery age on 16 May 2019. This support will be provided in a newly created building, Urban crèche No 1 in the Wąrowcu, where two nursery units will be created. The implementation of this investment received support under Measure 9.1.2. Social Infrastructure WRPO 2014 +. The “U-shaped” building project will be a compact flat, harmonised with an existing environment in the form of an “U-shaped” building. The construction of the plant will be one-storey, which will not be podpiwek. In the part of the building dedicated to the children, there will be two daily meeting rooms, two different rest rooms together with sanitary facilities, and a rehabilitation centre will be created. In the crèche, in addition to the part intended for the purposes of the stay of children, it will also be part of the staff, which will include the entire team of the kitchenettes, the room for feeding, the room for medical assistance, the welfare rooms, the WC for the workers and the reception facilities. The building will be adapted for people with disabilities. The application of this ESF project to the ESF is Miejski Miejski No 1, which is an organisational unit of the Municipality of Wągrowiec, and is directly responsible for the investment, as the Authority’s staff have appropriate knowledge and experience in the implementation of the investment. The implementation of the project from the ESF has been divided into two tasks: “Recruitment together with attachments” — from 15.03.2019 to 31.05.2019 (including from 16.05.2019 to 31.05.2019, adapted attachments) and for the provision of “care provision” from 01.06.2019 to 15.05.2020, i.e. current activities will be carried out over a 12-month period. Przedmiotem Projektu jest udzielenie wsparcia mieszkańcom Wągrowca (doświadczającym trudności na rynku pracy) poprzez utworzenie od 16 maja 2019 r. 50 miejsc opieki nad dziećmi w wieku żłobkowym. Przedmiotowe wsparcie będzie udzielane w nowo powstałym budynku, nowo powołanej placówce pn. Żłobek Miejski nr 1 w Wągrowcu, w której zostaną utworzone dwa oddziały żłobkowe. Na realizację tej inwestycji uzyskano wsparcie w ramach Poddziałania 9.1.2. Infrastruktura społeczna WRPO 2014+. Powstały w ramach projektu inwestycyjnego budynek w kształcie litery "U" będzie zwartą nowoczesną bryłą z dachem płaskim, harmonizującą z istniejącym otoczeniem. Powstały obiekt będzie jednokondygnacyjny, niepodpiwniczony. W części budynku przeznaczonej dla dzieci będą dwie sale dzienne, dwie sale odpoczynku połączone węzłami sanitarnymi oraz dodatkowo zostanie utworzona salka rehabilitacyjna. W budynku żłobka poza częścią przewidzianą na potrzeby pobytu dzieci, będzie także część przeznaczona dla personelu, w części tej będzie znajdował się cały zespół pomieszczeń kuchennych, pokój karmienia, pokój pomocy medycznej, pomieszczenia socjalne, WC dla pracowników oraz pomieszczenia zapleczowe. Budynek będzie dostosowany dla osób niepełnosprawnych. Wnioskodawcą przedmiotowego projektu z EFS jest Żłobek Miejski nr 1 w Wągrowcu, który jest jednostką organizacyjną Gminy Miejskiej Wągrowiec, natomiast za realizację inwestycji odpowiedzialna jest bezpośrednio Gmina Miejska Wągrowiec/Urząd Miejski w Wągrowcu, gdyż pracownicy Urzędu dysponują odpowiednią wiedzą i doświadczeniem przy realizacji inwestycji. Realizacja Projektu z EFS została podzielona na dwa zadania: „Rekrutacja wraz z zajęciami adaptacyjnymi” – od 15.03.2019 r. do 31.05.2019 r. (w tym od 16.05.2019 r. do 31.05.2019 r. zajęcia adaptacyjne) oraz na zadanie „Świadczenie opieki” od 01.06.2019 r. do 15.05.2020 r., czyli bieżąca działalność będzie prowadzona w okresie 12 m-cy.
