The planned investment will consist of the construction of a PV power plant of up to 0.7 MW. A photovoltaic solar plant consisting of polycrystalline panels with an energy connection and an accompanying infrastructure up to 700 kWW.of the company PV R-Z sp. z o.o. will be located on plots Nos 108/1, 110/1 and 362 in the municipality of Rīga. It will use 2592 “27W photovoltaic panels” each. The applicant has a building permit and a decision on environmental conditions from 23.06.2016. The resulting energy will be sold to the Polish electricity operator. The implementation of the project is both economically, environmentally, socially and economically justified and will contribute to the implementation of the guidelines set by the European Union. The main purpose of the project is to increase the share of renewable energy sources in the total energy balance in Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province by the purchase and installation of a PV installation of up to 700 kW by PV R-Z Sp. z o.o. in the municipality of Rīga until August 2020. the scope of the project: — installation of photovoltaic installation for solar panels of up to 700 kW at a systemic design — eligible cost — overhead cable line — partly kkokal. — Container station — Kkwkal. — non -ineligible gardening — monitor/kel-kunkal Other builders’ works The project is in line with the socio-economic development strategy for the Warmia and Mazury region until 2025 and is in line with the 2014-2020 ROP Victoria ROP, as it contributes to the achievement of the planned documents, indicators and deliverables, is compatible with the forms of support that can be financed and the type of beneficiaries. The project meets the objective of Measure 4.1 to increase the share of renewable energy sources in the overall energy balance of the region through the purchase and installation of a 700 kW photovoltaic power plant. Planowana inwestycja polegać będzie budowie elektrowni fotowoltaicznej o mocy do 0,7 MW. Naziemna elektrownia fotowoltaiczna złożona z polikrystalicznych paneli wraz z przyłączem energetycznym i infrastrukturą towarzyszącą o mocy do 700 kW.firmy PV R-Z sp. z o.o. zlokalizowana będzie na działkach nr 108/1, 110/1 i 362 w miejscowości Rogóż. Będzie wykorzystywała 2592 szt. paneli fotowoltaicznych o mocy 27W każdy. Wnioskodawca posiada pozwolenie na budowę oraz decyzję o środowiskowych uwarunkowaniach z 23.06.2016 r.. Uzyskana energia będzie sprzedawana do ogólnopolskiego operatora energii elektrycznej. Realizacja projektu jest uzasadniona zarówno ekonomicznie, środowiskowo, społecznie i gospodarczo oraz przyczyni się do osiągania założonych przez Unię Europejską wytycznych. Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie udziału odnawialnych źródeł energii w ogólnym bilansie energetycznym w woj. warmińsko-mazurskim poprzez zakup i montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej o mocy do 700 kW przez firmę PV R-Z Sp. z o.o. w miejscowości Rogóż do sierpnia 2020 r. Zakres projektu: - instalacja fotowoltaiczna-montaż paneli fotowoltaicznych o mocy do 700 kW na gotowej systemowej konstrukcji - koszt kwalifikowalny - linia napowietrzno-kablowa- częściowo k.kwal. - stacja kontenerowa-k.kwal. - ogrodzenie-k.niekwalifikowalny - monitoring-k.niekwal. - pozostałe roboty budowlane-k.niekwal. Projekt jest zgodny ze Strategią rozwoju społeczno-gospodarczego województwa warmińsko- mazurskiego do roku 2025 oraz wpisuje się w SZOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 gdyż przyczynia się do realizacji zaplanowanych ww. dokumentach celów, wskaźników i rezultatów, jest zgodny z możliwymi do dofinansowania formami wsparcia oraz typem beneficjentów . Projekt realizuje cel Działania 4.1 zwiększony udział odnawialnych źródeł energii w ogólnym bilansie energetycznym regionu poprzez zakup i montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej o mocy 700 kW.
