The investment consists of the purchase and installation of 3 photovoltaic plants with a total power output of 107.86 kW. It will be carried out in three different locations. And the location is located in Biobrancu, ul. People 36, parcels Nos 86/2, 90/7, 90/8, 39.75 kW, installation will take up to 250 m² of roof surface, location II in Biobrancu ul. The National Army 11, parcel No 219/3, of 39.75 kW, installation will occupy up to 250 m² of roof surface, location III in Bęsi 35, plot No 217 with a power of 28.36 kW, installation will take up to 175 m² of roof. The project is in line with the project type referred to in SzOOP for activity 4.1 — Sun-energy installations — up to 2 MWe/MWth.Installation as described in the SzooP will serve the needs of its own business and be connected to the grid, but due to the power of the installation (up to 40 kW) in accordance with Article 5 of the Renewable Energy Act (OJ 2015) and Article 7 para. 8d with 4-9 of the Act — Energy Law (Journal of Laws 1997), will be made on the basis of a notification without it being necessary for the Bene to have a valid technical connection to the connection of all the energy sources included in the project to the electricity grid. The applicant currently has a connection in which the contractual power is 40 kW, 40 kW and 35 kW. The project meets all boundary conditions laid down in the SzOOP. The investment consists of the installation of: location I-150 units of polycrystalline panels, location II-150 panels of polycrystalline panels, location III- 107 noise panels, combined into independent systems with 12-stoma valances and to necessary wiring and fittings. The plant will be connected to the grid and there will be no need to install batteries and recharging regulators as the network is capable of absorbing all the energy produced by the photovoltaic system. Inwestycja polega na zakupie i montażu 3 elektrowni fotowoltaicznych o łącznej mocy 107,86 kW. Będzie ona realizowana w trzech różnych lokalizacjach. I lokalizacja mieści się w Biskupcu ul. Ludowa 36, działki nr 86/2, 90/7, 90/8 o mocy 39,75 kW, instalacja zajmie do 250 m2 powierzchni dachu, lokalizacja II w Biskupcu ul. Armii Krajowej 11, działka nr 219/3, o mocy 39,75 kW,instalacja zajmie do 250 m2 powierzchni dachu, lokalizacja III w Bęsi 35, działka nr 217 o mocy 28,36 kW,instalacja zajmie do 175 m2 powierzchni dachu. Projekt wpisuje się w typ projektu wymieniony w SzOOP dla działania 4.1 - instalacji wykorzystujących energię słońca - do 2 MWe/MWth.Instalacja zgodnie z możliwością opisaną w SzOOP będzie służyła potrzebom własnym przedsiębiorstwa i będzie podłączona do sieci, jednakże ze względu na moc instalacji (do 40 kW) zgodnie z art. 5 ustawy o odnawialnych źródłach energii (Dz.U. 2015) oraz Art. 7 ust. 8d ze znaczkiem 4-9 ustawy – Prawo energetyczne (Dz.U.1997) będzie ona dokonywana na podstawie zgłoszenia bez konieczności posiadania przez bene?cjenta ważnych technicznych warunków przyłączenia wszystkich ujętych w projekcie źródeł wytwarzania energii do sieci elektroenergetycznej. Wnioskodawca posiada obecnie przyłącze gdzie moc umowna wynosi 40 kW, 40 kW oraz 35 kW. Projekt spełnia wszystkie warunki brzegowe określone w SzOOP. Inwestycja polega na montażu: lokalizacja I-150 szt paneli polikrystalicznych, lokalizacja II-150 szt paneli polikrystalicznych, lokalizacja III- 107 szt paneli polikrystalicznych, połączonych w samodzielne układy wraz z 12-stoma falownikami i z niezbędnym okablowaniem i osprzętem. Elektrownia będzie podłączona do sieci, natomiast nie będzie potrzeby instalowania akumulatorów oraz regulatorów ładowania, ponieważ sieć jest w stanie przyjąć całą energię wyprodukowaną przez system fotowoltaiczny. Wyprodukowana energia elektryczna będzie wykorzystywana bezpośrednio na potrzeby własne a ewentualna nadwyżka będzie wprowadzana do sieci. (Polish)
