The investment covered by this project consists of the purchase and installation of a 24.64 kW.7 lottery PV power plant on plot No 479/36. The project is part of the project type referred to in the SzooP for the activity of 4.1 solar installations — up to 2 MWe/MWth. The installation as described in the SzooP will serve the needs of its own business and be connected to the grid, but due to the power of the installation (up to 40 kW) in accordance with Article 5 of the Renewable Energy Act (Journal of Laws 2015, item (478) and Article 7 (1) 8d with 4-9 Act — Energy Law (Journal of Laws 1997/54, item) (348) it will be made on the basis of the notification without the beneficiary having to have a valid technical connection for all the energy sources included in the project for electricity generation. The applicant currently has a connection point where the contractual power is 25 kW. The project fulfils all the conditions laid down in the SzocOP ROP WiM 2014-2020. This project involves the delivery and installation of a rooftop photovoltaic installation using polycrystalline technology for the production of electricity. The investment consists of the installation of 88 solar panels with a total power output of 24.64 kW (power of one module 280W) combined into isolated systems with inverters and the necessary cabling and fittings. Solar panels are using solar radiation to convert solar radiation into electricity. By cable, they transmit energy to inverters where there is a change in direct current into alternating current. The plant will be connected to the grid and there will be no need to install batteries and recharging regulators as the network is capable of absorbing all the energy produced by the photovoltaic system. The electricity produced will be used directly for own account and any surplus will be entered into the grid. (English) | |||

5 ustawy o odnawialnych źródłach energii (Dz.U. 2015 poz. 478) oraz Art. 7 ust. 8d ze znaczkiem 4-9 ustawy – Prawo energetyczne (Dz.U. Dz.U. 1997 nr 54 poz. 348) będzie ona dokonywana na podstawie zgłoszenia bez konieczności posiadania przez beneficjenta ważnych technicznych warunków przyłączenia wszystkich ujętych w projekcie źródeł wytwarzania energii do sieci elektroenergetycznej. Wnioskodawca posiada obecnie przyłącze gdzie moc umowna wynosi 25kW. Projekt spełnia wszystkie warunki brzegowe określone w SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020. Niniejszy projekt zakłada dostawę i montaż dachowej instalacji fotowoltaicznej z wykorzystaniem technologii polikrystalicznej do produkcji energii elektrycznej. Inwestycja polega na montażu 88 paneli fotowoltaicznych o łącznej mocy 24,64 kW (moc jednego modułu 280W) połączonych w samodzielne układy wraz z falownikami, z niezbędnym okablowaniem i osprzętem.
