The planned investment will consist of the purchase and the installation of 1 PV 39.90 kW on the roof of the building of the firm Handlowo-Usługowo-Produkcyjne Andrzej Kuźniewski located on plot No 228/1. Mierki using 133 units of FOT. The execution of the investment in question is not required, nor is it required to obtain a building permit or to obtain a decision. The resulting energy will be used for the company’s own needs and the excess energy will be sold to the grid. The implementation of the project is both economically, environmentally, socially and economically justified and will contribute to the implementation of the guidelines set by the European Union. 1. Preparation phase — selection of the contractor in accordance with the competitiveness principle 2. Implementation phase — purchase and assembly: (a) solar panels (133 items) (b) inverters (6 items) (c) measuring system (1 kpl.) d) measuring system (1 kpl.) d) compensation system (2025 kpl.) e) Compensatory connections (1 kpl.) f) compensation system (1 kpl.) (g) protection against electrocution (1 kpl.)) The project is in line with the socio-economic development strategy for Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province until 2014 and is in line with the planned objectives, indicators and results, as planned, is compatible with possible forms of support and beneficiary type. The project meets the objective of Measure 4.1 to increase the share of renewable energy sources in the overall energy balance of the region through the purchase and installation of a 39.90 kW photovoltaic power plant. The project will end within 1 year from the date of signature of the grant agreement. This project will have an impact on the implementation of the specific result indicator specified for the programme, in ROP W-M, for the “share of electricity produced from renewable sources in the production of electricity in total” to 81.29 % by 2023. Planowana inwestycja polegać będzie na zakupie i montażu 1 instalacji fotowoltaicznej o mocy 39,90 kW na dachu budynku firmy Przedsiębiorstwo Handlowo-Usługowo-Produkcyjne Andrzej Kuźniewski zlokalizowanego na działce nr 228/1 obręb Mierki w miejsc. Mierki z wykorzystaniem 133 szt. paneli fot.. Do realizacji przedmiotowej inwestycji nie są wymagane pozwolenie na budowę, ani uzyskanie decyzji środow.. Uzyskana energia będzie wykorzystywana na potrzeby własne przedsiębiorstwa a nadzyżka produkowanej energii będzie odsprzedawana do sieci. Realizacja projektu jest uzasadniona zarówno ekonomicznie, środowiskowo, społecznie i gospodarczo oraz przyczyni się do osiągania założonych przez Unię Europejską wytycznych. 1. Etap przygotowań –wybór wykonawcy zgodnie z zasadą konkurencyjności 2. Etap Wdrożenia- zakup i montaż: a) paneli fotowoltaicznych ( 133 szt.) b) inwerterów (6 szt.) c) układ pomiarowy (1 kpl.) d) instalacja odgromowa (1 kpl.) e) połączenia wyrównawcze (1 kpl.) f) instalacja przeciwprzepięciowa (1 kpl.) g) ochrona od porażeń (1 kpl.) Projekt jest zgodny ze Strategią rozwoju społeczno-gospodarczego województwa warmińsko- mazurskiego do roku 2025 oraz wpisuje się w SZOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 gdyż przyczynia się do realizacji zaplanowanych ww. dokumentach celów, wskaźników i rezultatów, jest zgodny z możliwymi do dofinansowania formami wsparcia oraz typem beneficjentów . Projekt realizuje cel Działania 4.1 zwiększony udział odnawialnych źródeł energii w ogólnym bilansie energetycznym regionu poprzez zakup i montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej o mocy 39,90 kW. Projekt zakończy się w ciągu 1 roku od daty podpisania umowy o dofinansowanie. Niniejszy projekt będzie miał wpływ na realizację zaplanowanego w RPO W-M specyficznego wskaźnika rezultatu określonego dla programu jakim jest „udział energii elektrycznej produkowanej ze źródeł odnawialnych w produkcji energii elektrycznej ogółem” do 2023r. do poziomu 81,29%.
