The general objective of the project is to strengthen economic and social cohesion in the Centre region in order to combat poverty and socio-economic integration of people belonging to vulnerable groups. The project proposed for funding will create added value on 3 levels as follows: 1. Development of certified skills for 75 people wishing to set up a social enterprise/social enterprise of integration in the project implementation region; 2. Creating 105 jobs in social enterprises/social entrepreneurs to increase employment with a focus on people from vulnerable groups (young NEETs; persons over the age of 55; persons with disabilities; people at risk of poverty and social exclusion; people from marginalised communities, etc.); 3. Developing a social entrepreneurship ecosystem by funding 21 social enterprises/integration social enterprises. The project proposed for funding covers 6 major strands of action aimed at supporting the achievement of the general objective of the project, as follows: I. Performing a set of two analyses on the social economy area at the level of the development region targeted by the project. The first analysis is a diagnostic analysis on the social economy field in the development region that is intended to support the project implementation process by adapting the implementation process to the up-to-date situation on the ground. The second set of analyses, analyses carried out at the end of the implementation period, aims to monitor the evolution of the social economy field in the development region at the end of the implementation of the projects financed by this call for proposals. I-I. Developing 6 partnerships with relevant labour market actors (business associations/hubs/clusters), education/health/social work/employment services or local administration, in order to increase involvement in the provision of services to vulnerable groups. These partnerships are to ensure the connection of the 21 social enterprises/social enterprises of integration into the socio-economic environment of the region ensuring the sustainability of investments over time and facilitating the achievement of the social goal of the supported enterprises. III. Improving professional skills for 75 people wishing to set up social enterprises/social enterprises for inclusion in the project implementation region, certified professional skills in the field of social entrepreneurship (Social Economy Entrepreneur or Social Enterprise Manager) and a second set of professional skills certified through an individualised vocational training programme according to an individual needs analysis (English)
