The general objective of the project, in the context of the coronavirus pandemic SARS-Cov-2, is to equip students who meet the criteria for the award of social scholarships and occasional social scholarships with mobile equipment in the field of tablet information technology as well as to provide access to education by providing other electronic equipment/devices necessary for carrying out the teaching activity in the online environment as well as LAN Wifi connectivity so as to ensure in good conditions the performance of teaching activities in the academic year 2020-2021. The project also ensures the achievement of Romania’s strategic objectives:-Supporting the national strategic interest, on ensuring the smooth implementation of the public education service, namely ensuring the performance of teaching activities, from the 2020-2021 school year, as well as in future academic years (prefigured as being specific to a digitalised society as a whole), under optimal technical conditions, but also with the participation in these activities of all students, with full equal opportunities;-Promoting equal opportunities and non-discriminatory policy; —Promoting sustainable development;-Development of electronic public services, in accordance with the objectives of the National Digital Agenda Strategy for Romania 2020;- Compliance with the requirements, established by the Ministry of Education and Research, regarding the use of IT&C mobile equipment, tablet type and other electronic equipment/devices needed to carry out teaching activities online; —Supporting students who meet the criteria to receive social scholarships and occasional social scholarships, by equipping them with IT&C equipment, as well as by providing/providing IT & C related services necessary to participate, on a fully equal basis with other students, in the academic process, online;-Creating the technical conditions necessary for carrying out the teaching activities, in the academic year 2020-2021, by providing IT & amp equipment and services; necessary to carry out, within an optimal organisational framework, the educational process as a whole, both for students and for academics involved in the teaching process;- Ensure access, unhindered, to the learning process in the online environment, to all students who meet the criteria for receiving social scholarships and occasional social scholarships; (English) | |||||||||||||||

Obiectivul general al proiectului, în contextul generat de pandemia cu coronavirusul SARS-Cov-2, îl reprezintă dotarea studenților care îndeplinesc criteriile de acordare de burselor sociale și burse sociale ocazionale cu echipamente mobile din domeniul tehnologiei informației de tip tabletă precum și asigurarea accesului la educație prin asigurarea altor echipamente/dispozitive electronice necesare desfășurării activității didactice în mediu on-line precum și a conectivității de tip LAN Wifi astfel încât să se asigure în bune condiții desfășurarea activităților didactice în anul universitar 2020-2021.Proiectul asigură și atingerea obiectivelor strategice ale României:-Sprijinirea interesului strategic național, privitor la asigurarea desfășurării în bune condiții a serviciului public de educație, respectiv la asigurarea desfășurării activităților didactice, din anul școlar 2020-2021, precum și în anii universitari viitori (prefigurați ca fiind specifici unei societăți digitalizate în întregul ei), în condiții tehnice optime, dar și cu participarea la aceste activități a tuturor studenților, în condiții de deplină egalitate de șanse;-Promovarea egalității de șanse şi a politicii nediscriminatorii; -Promovarea dezvoltării durabile;-Dezvoltarea serviciilor publice electronice, în conformitate cu obiectivele Strategiei Naționale Agenda Digitală pentru România 2020;-Respectare cerințelor, stabilite de Ministerul Educației și Cercetării, privitoare la utilizarea echipamentelor mobile IT&C, de tip tablete și ale celorlalte echipamente/dispozitive electronice necesare desfășurării în mediul on-line a activităților didactice; -Sprijinirea studenților care îndeplinesc criteriile pentru a beneficia de burse sociale și burse sociale ocazionale, prin dotarea lor cu echipamentele IT&C, precum și prin asigurarea/furnizarea serviciilor conexe IT&C necesare participării, în condiții de deplină egalitate cu ceilalți studenți, la procesul de învățământ universitar, în mediul online;-Crearea condițiilor tehnice necesare desfășurării activităților didactice, în anul universitar 2020-2021, prin asigurarea echipamentelor și serviciilor IT&C necesare desfășurării, într-un cadru organizațional optim, a procesului educațional în întregul său ansamblu, atât pentru studenți, cât și pentru cadrele didactice universitare implicate în procesul didactic;-Asigurarea accesului, neîngrădit, la procesul de învățare în mediul on-line, tuturor studenților care îndeplinesc criteriile pentru a beneficia de burse sociale și burse sociale ocazionale; (Romanian)

L’objectif général du projet, dans le contexte de la pandémie de coronavirus SARS-Cov-2, est d’équiper les étudiants qui répondent aux critères d’attribution de bourses sociales et de bourses sociales occasionnelles d’équipements mobiles dans le domaine des technologies de l’information sur tablettes, ainsi que de fournir l’accès à l’éducation en fournissant d’autres équipements/appareils électroniques nécessaires à la réalisation de l’activité d’enseignement dans l’environnement en ligne ainsi que de la connectivité LAN Wifi afin d’assurer, dans de bonnes conditions, la performance des activités d’enseignement au cours de l’année académique 2020-2021. Le projet garantit également la réalisation des objectifs stratégiques de la Roumanie:-Soutenir l’intérêt stratégique national, assurer la bonne mise en œuvre du service public de l’éducation, c’est-à-dire assurer la réalisation des activités d’enseignement, à partir de l’année scolaire 2020-2021, ainsi que pour les années académiques à venir (préfigurée comme étant spécifique à une société numérisée dans son ensemble), dans des conditions techniques optimales, mais aussi avec la participation de tous les étudiants à ces activités, avec une pleine égalité des chances;-Promouvoir l’égalité des chances et une politique non discriminatoire; —Promouvoir le développement durable;- Développement des services publics électroniques, conformément aux objectifs de la stratégie numérique nationale pour la Roumanie 2020;- Respect des exigences établies par le ministère de l’éducation et de la recherche en ce qui concerne l’utilisation des équipements mobiles, du type de tablette et des autres équipements/appareils électroniques nécessaires pour mener à bien les activités d’enseignement en ligne; —Soutenir les étudiants qui répondent aux critères pour recevoir des bourses sociales et des bourses sociales occasionnelles, en les dotant de l’équipement IT&C, ainsi qu’en fournissant/fournissant les services liés aux TI et C nécessaires pour participer, sur une base entièrement égale avec les autres étudiants, au processus académique, en ligne;-Créer les conditions techniques nécessaires à la réalisation des activités d’enseignement, au cours de l’année académique 2020-2021, en fournissant des équipements et des services informatiques et amp; nécessaire d’effectuer, dans un cadre organisationnel optimal, le processus éducatif dans son ensemble, tant pour les étudiants que pour les universitaires impliqués dans le processus d’enseignement;- Assurer l’accès, sans entrave, au processus d’apprentissage dans l’environnement en ligne, à tous les étudiants qui remplissent les critères pour recevoir des bourses sociales et des bourses sociales occasionnelles; (French)
