The main objective of the project is to improve the competitiveness of Ritech INTERNATIONAL IMPEX SRL by making an initial investment in the manufacturing of components and accessories for ventilation, heating and air conditioning installations by creating a new production unit and diversification of existing production. The project initiated by Ritech INTERNATIONAL IMPEX SRL is in line with the specific objective of Priority Axis 2 “Improving the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises” and the investment priority 2.2. “Supporting the creation and expansion of advanced production capacities and service development” of the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020, to improve economic competitiveness by increasing labour productivity in SMEs in competitive sectors identified in the National Strategy for Competitiveness. Ritech INTERNATIONAL IMPEX SRL is an enterprise interested in finding an optimal growth model, both in the sense of moving to another size category, and in the sense of developing the activity carried out in order to increase the size of the addressed market. The products made following the implementation of the investment project will be high quality products at a competitive price. For their realisation, a modern technology, performance and efficiency will be used. Consolidation of the competitive advantage of the company guarantees the performance of the company’s activity in the medium and long term and the consolidation of the position occupied by the company on the market in which it operates (the market of HVAC installations). The realisation of the investment project proposed by Ritech INTERNATIONAL IMPEX SRL ensures the development of the enterprise’s material infrastructure, which will contribute to increasing the productivity of the enterprise’s work, as well as the ability to compete and increase sales, thus contributing to the consolidation and development of the HVAC installation sector of which it is a part. These aspects contribute directly to achieving the specific objective of Axis 2 PI 2.2 to develop and maintain a competitive advantage of SMEs operating in areas with competitive potential identified in the National Competitiveness Strategy. Obiectivul principal al proiectului il constituie imbunatatirea competatitivitatii intreprinderii RITECH INTERNATIONAL IMPEX SRL, prin realizarea unei investitii initiale in domeniul fabricarii ansamblurilor de componente si accesorii pentru instalatii de ventilatie, incalzire si climatizare prin crearea unei noi unitati de productie si diversificarea productiei existente.Proiectul initiat de societatea RITECH INTERNATIONAL IMPEX SRL este in conformitate cu obiectivul specific al axei prioritare 2 ”Imbunatatirea competitivitatii intreprinderilor mici si mijlocii” si a prioritatii de investitii 2.2. ”Sprijinirea crearii si extinderea capacitatilor avansate de productie si dezvoltarea serviciilor” ale Programul Operational Regional 2014-2020, de imbunatatire a competitivitatii economice prin cresterea productivitatii muncii in IMM-uri in sectoarele competitive identificate in Strategia Nationala pentru Competitivitate. Societatea RITECH INTERNATIONAL IMPEX SRL este o intreprindere interesata de gasirea unui model optim de crestere, atat in sensul trecerii in alta categorie de dimensiune, cat si in sensul dezvoltarii activitatii desfasurate in scopul cresterii dimensiunii pietei adresate.Produsele realizate in urma implementarii proiectului de investitii vor fi produse de calitate superioara si la un pret competitiv. Pentru realizarea lor se va utiliza o tehnologie moderna, performanta si eficienta. Consolidare avantajului competitiv al societatii garanteaza performanta activitatii societatii pe termen mediu si lung si consolidarea pozitiei ocupate de firma pe piata pe care activeaza (piata instalatiilor HVAC). Realizarea proiectului de investitii propus de societatea RITECH INTERNATIONAL IMPEX SRL asigura dezvoltarea infrastructurii materiale a intreprinderii, aspect care va contribui la cresterea productivitatii muncii in cadrul intreprinderii, precum si a capacitatii de a concura si la cresterea vanzarilor, contribuind astfel la consolidarea si dezvoltarea sectorului instalatiiilor HVAC din care aceasta face parte.Aceste aspecte contribuie direct la atingerea obiectivului specific al Axei 2 PI 2.2 de dezvoltare si mentinere a unui avantaj competitiv al IMM-urilor care isi desfasoara activitatea in domenii cu potential competitiv identificate in Strategia Nationala de Competitivitate. L’objectif principal du projet est d’améliorer la compétitivité de RITECH INTERNATIONAL IMPEX SRL en réalisant un premier investissement dans la fabrication de composants et accessoires pour les installations de ventilation, de chauffage et de climatisation par la création d’une nouvelle unité de production et la diversification de la production existante. Le projet initié par RITECH INTERNATIONAL IMPEX SRL est conforme à l’objectif spécifique de l’axe prioritaire 2 «Améliorer la compétitivité des petites et moyennes entreprises» et à la priorité d’investissement 2.2. «Soutenir la création et l’expansion des capacités de production avancées et le développement des services» du programme opérationnel régional 2014-2020, afin d’améliorer la compétitivité économique en augmentant la productivité de la main-d’œuvre dans les PME dans les secteurs concurrentiels identifiés dans la stratégie nationale pour la compétitivité. RITECH INTERNATIONAL IMPEX SRL est une entreprise désireuse de trouver un modèle de croissance optimal, à la fois dans le sens de passer à une autre catégorie de taille, et dans le sens du développement de l’activité menée afin d’augmenter la taille du marché visé.
