Through the project, the U.A.T. Prahova County aims to complete the existing equipment at Ploiesti County Emergency Hospital with equipment and equipment specific to the fight against the COVID-19 crisis. The overall objective is in line with Specific Objective 9.1 Increasing the capacity to manage the COVID-19 health crisis aims to promote the necessary investments to strengthen the capacity to react to the public health crisis caused by the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, directly contributing to the development of the health infrastructure, by investing in equipment and specific equipment/device thus contributing to the development of operationality at national, regional and local level, reducing disparities in public health and improving access to quality medical services. This need has been identified in all the programmatics in the field of health in Romania, including the National Health Strategy 2014-2020 and the Regional Master Plans on Health Services. Obiectivul general al proiectului este cresterea capacitatii de gestionare a crizei sanitare prin investitii necesare pentru consolidarea capacitatii de reactie la criza de sanatate publica cauzata de pandemia SARS-CoV-2, in Spitalului Judeţean de Urgenţă Ploieşti, prin achizitia de aparatura, dispozitive medicale si alte dotari corespunzatoare cu scopul de a raspunde in timp util si eficient la criza provocata prin oferirea de servicii medicale adecvate. Obiectivul proiectului contribuie la indicatorul de rezultat al programului 2S132 Capacitate adecvata de îngrijire si tratament a cazurilor de infectie cu virusul SARS-CoV-2/ de gestionare a crizei sanitare prin crearea tuturor conditiilor de tratare a pacientilor infectati SARS -COV-2 precum si prin dotarea si echiparea spitalului cu aparatura si echipamente performante, prin asigurarea de conditii de tratament adecvat pacientilor. Prin proiect, U.A.T. Judeţul Prahova urmăreşte completarea dotării existente la Spitalului Judeţean de Urgenţă Ploieşti cu aparatură şi echipamente specifice combaterii crizei COVID -19. Obiectivul general este in concordanta cu Obiectivul Specific 9.1 Cresterea capacitatii de gestionare a crizei sanitare COVID-19 vizeaza promovarea investitiilor necesare pentru consolidarea capacitatii de reactie la criza de sanatate publica cauzata de raspândirea virusului SARS-CoV-2, contribuind in mod direct la dezvoltarea infrastructurii sanitare, prin investiti in dotari si echipamente/aparatura specifica contribuind astfel la dezvoltarea operationalitatii la nivel national, regional si local, reducand inegalitatile in cerea ce priveste statrea de sanatate publica si imbunatatind accesul la serviciile medicale de calitate. In vederea atingerii obiectivului general, UAT Judetul Prahova propune urmatoarele activitati: - Decontarea achizitiilor ce urmeaza a fi efectuate in cadrul proiectului - Activitatea de manangement al proiectului - Activitatea de informare si promovare a proiectului, - Activitatea de auditare financiara. Obiectivul principal al proiectului este cresterea accesului la servicii adecvate in cadrul Spitalului Judetean de Urgenta Ploiesti si care, asigura servcii la standardele de calitate europeana, servicii destinate intregii populatii din judetul Prahova si judetele limitrofe, daca este cazul. Necesitatea dotarii unitatilor sanitare este data de infrastructura învechita, pe de o parte, iar e de alta, se impune necesitatea extinderii capacitatii unitatilor de îngrijire, astfel încât sa poata fi acoperit un segment cât mai mare de populatie, intr-un timp relativ scurt. Aceasta necesitate a fost identificata în toate docmentele programatice în domeniul sanatatii din România, inclusiv in Strategia Nationala Sanatate 2014 – 2020 si Master Plan-urile Regionale privind Serviciile de Sanatate. L’objectif général du projet est d’accroître la capacité de gestion de la crise sanitaire par des investissements nécessaires pour renforcer la capacité de réaction à la crise de santé publique causée par la pandémie de SRAS-CoV-2, à l’hôpital d’urgence du comté de Ploiesti, par l’acquisition d’équipements, de dispositifs médicaux et d’autres installations appropriées afin de réagir de manière rapide et efficace à la crise causée par la fourniture de services médicaux adéquats. L’objectif du projet contribue à l’indicateur de résultat du programme 2S132 Capacité appropriée pour les soins et le traitement des cas d’infection par le SRAS-CoV-2/gestion des crises de santé en créant toutes les conditions de traitement des patients infectés SARS -COV-2 ainsi qu’en équipant et en équipant l’hôpital d’équipement et d’équipement de pointe, en offrant des conditions de traitement appropriées aux patients. Dans le cadre de ce projet, le comté de Prahova vise à compléter les équipements existants de l’hôpital d’urgence du comté de Ploiesti avec des équipements et des équipements spécifiques à la lutte contre la crise de la COVID-19.
