Το έργο αφορά στην κατάρτιση 25 ανέργων, προκειμένου να καταρτιστούν σε θέματα που αφορούν στην ανάπτυξη δεξιοτήτων και την ίδρυση νέων επιχειρήσεων στον τομέα του τουρισμού, με σκοπό να βελτιωθούν οι υπηρεσίες προς τους επισκέπτες / τουρίστες της πόλης της Αλεξανδρούπολης. Τα προγράμματα απευθύνονται σε όλες τις ηλικίες ανέργων (18-64), όλων των εκπαιδευτικών επιπέδων (Λύκειο, ΙΕΚ, ΤΕΙ, ΑΕΙ) προκειμένου να δοθεί η δυνατότητα στην απασχόληση σε όλους χωρίς αποκλεισμούς. Το έργο περιλαμβάνει Δράσεις Δημοσιότητας, Συμβουλευτική, Κατάρτιση και Πιστοποίηση. Το χρονοδιάγραμμα υλοποίησης θα ξεκινήσει τον Δεκέμβριο του 2018 και θα ολοκληρωθεί μέχρι τέλος Μαρτίου 2020. Το πρόγραμμα κατάρτισης θα είναι διάρκειας 85 ωρών και αποτελείται από τις εξής θεματικές ενότητες: 1. Επιχειρηματικότητα και δημιουργία μικρών τουριστικών επιχειρήσεων. 2.Λειτουργία τουριστικών επιχειρήσεων και ποιοτική εξυπηρέτηση πελατών. Το πρόγραμμα επίσης περιλαμβάνει πρακτική άσκηση, διάρκειας 15 ωρών. (Greek)

The project concerns the training of 25 unemployed, in order to train them on issues related to the development of skills and the establishment of new businesses in the field of tourism, in order to improve the services to visitors/tourists of the city of Alexandroupolis. The programmes are aimed at all the ages of the unemployed (18-64), at all educational levels (Lyceum, IEK, TEI, Universities) in order to enable all inclusive employment. The project includes Publicity Actions, Counselling, Training and Certification. The implementation schedule will begin in December 2018 and will be completed by the end of March 2020. The training programme will last 85 hours and consists of the following thematic modules: 1. Entrepreneurship and creation of small tourism enterprises. 2.Tourism business operation and quality customer service. The programme also includes a 15-hour internship. (English)
