The project will be implemented on the territory of the warm-mazur Region, the project office in Elbląg during the period 10.2017-30.06.2019.The target group is 30 disabled persons (15K 15 M — out of which 24 are intellectual) who are unemployed, economically inactive, persons with varying degrees of disability from the city of Elbląg and the district of Elbląg, which, depending on the individual capacities and needs of the labour market, will be able to acquire professional qualifications and competences through training courses and courses and some of them finding employment. This will be up to 100 % for people with a disability who can be trained and employed. The project will cover the following lines of action: (1) Diagnosis of the participants in terms of social and professional competence, with the development of individual pathways, (2) social support to increase the social competences and the overall psychological fitness of the participants to engage in activation, 3) professional support to strengthen professional skills, 4) vocational courses and training, 5) professional traineeships. As a result of the project, 6 people will find employment. The social and professional competences of the participants will increase, job motivation and mobility in the labour market will increase. The project provides for the use of active social inclusion instruments, including psychological support, advisory support to plan individual pathways for reintegration, courses and training. The project uses a model of social activation of people at risk of exclusion of the EQUAL CIP social community and the solutions developed by the PFRON within the framework of the HC OP — ‘Labour trends as a way to increase the employment of disabled people’.     Projekt będzie realizowany na terenie województwa warm-mazur , biuro projektu w Elblągu w okresie od 10.2017-30.06.2019.Grupą docelową jest 30 osób niepełnosprawnych (15K 15 M – w tym 24 osoby niepeł. intelektualnie) bezrobotnych, biernych zawodowo, osoby o różnym stopniu niepełnospr. z miasta Elbląg i powiatu elbląskiego, które w zależności od indywidualnych możliwości i potrzeb rynku pracy będą mogły nabyć kwalifikacje i kompetencje zawodowe dzięki szkoleniom i kursom oraz część z nich znaleźć zatrudnienie. Będą to w 100 % osoby niepełnosprawne, których stan umożliwia podjęcie szkoleń i zatrudnienie. Projekt będzie obejmował następujące kierunki działań: 1) diagnoza uczestników pod kątem kompetencji społecznych i zawodowych wraz z opracowaniem indywidualnych ścieżek rozwoju, 2) wsparcia społeczne w celu podniesienia kompetencji społecznych i ogólnej kondycji psychofizycznej uczestników umożliwiające podjęcie aktywizacji zawodowej, 3) wsparcie zawodowe zakładające wzmocnienie kompetencji zawodowych, 4) kursy i szkolenia zawodowe, 5) staże zawodowe. W wyniku projektu 6 osób znajdzie zatrudnienie. Wzrosną kompetencje społeczne i zawodowe uczestników, podniesie się motywacja podjęcia pracy i umiejętności poruszania się po rynku pracy. W ramach projektu przewidujemy wykorzystanie instrumentów aktywnej integracji o charakterze społecz, zawod i edukacyjnym m.in.wsparcie psychologiczne, wsparcie doradcze do zaplanowania indywidualnej ścieżki reintegracji, kursy i szkolenia. Projekt wykorzystuje model aktywizacji społecznej osób zagrożonych wyklucz społecznym PIW EQUAL oraz rozwiązania wypracowane przez PFRON w ramach POKL – „Trener pracy jako sposób na zwiększenie zatrudnienia osób niepełnosprawnych” (Polish)
