The synergy of innovation in the solution developed in the framework of the OP HC — “Methods of support” with standard forms of support will ensure the maximisation of the effects of social activation. The actions are targeted at 280 Ps, which will provide support in the form of individual and comprehensive use of the various types of activities, both in group form and in India. Each UP will be accompanied by an integrated pathway for the reintegration into account of the diagnosis of the resources, resources, poetry., predisposition and needs of the UP. 1). This will be followed by: Task 2 (dedicated 280 UP) — Surface management based on integration from the centre line: Training kommet and um.social training, support for local networking and animation, Workshop developing social capital “Methodius bridges”, volunteering (dedicated UP 15-30 l.), coaching in the area of social capital building UP, psychological support; Task 3. — Activation measures — professional: Actions dedicated to 224 UP: Active mobility workshops, self-presentation workshops with the employer, incentive workshops, vocational training for the needs and capacities of the UP, Jobcoaching (dedicated UP with the exclusion of os.disabled), coaching support to PES with disabilities; Actions dedicated to 280 UP: development of an OP Project Action Plan.     Działania wykorzystują innowacyjne i komplek. formy wsparcia, w naturalny sposób stwarzające UP możliwości do samoorganizacji i realizacji przez nich „oddolnych” i stworzonych przez siebie działań (mini-projektów) wynikających z ich rzeczywistych potrzeb oraz potrzeb ich społ.lokalnych.Takie podejście w bezpośredni sposób przełoży się na wzrost aktywności społ. i zawod. UP. Synergia innowac. rozwiązania wypracowanego w ramach PO KL - "Metody Pomosty" ze standardowymi formami wsparcia zapewni maksymalizację efektów aktywizacji społ.-zawod. Działania są skierowane do 280 UP, którym zapewnione zostanie wsparcie o charakt. zindywidualiz. i kompleksowego zastosowania różnorodnych typów działań – w formie grupowej, jak i indywid. Każdemu UP stworzona zostanie ind. ścieżka reintegracji uwzgl. ind. diagnozę syt. probl., zasobów, poten.,predyspozycji oraz potrzeb UP (Zad. 1.) . Następnie zapewnione zostaną w ramach: Zad. 2 (dedykowane 280 UP) - Rozwój komp. społ. w oparciu o integrację ze środ. lok.: Trening komp. i um.społecznych, wsparcie Eksperta ds. sieciowania i animacji lokalnej, Warsztaty rozwijające kapitał społeczny "Metodą Pomosty", wolontariat (dedykowany UP w wieku 15-30 l.), coaching w zakresie budowania kapitału społ. UP, wsparcie psychologiczne; Zad. 3. – Aktywizacja eduk.-zawodowa: - działania dedykowane 224 UP: Warsztaty aktywnego poruszania się po rynku pracy, Warsztaty autoprezentacji z udziałem pracodawcy, Warsztaty motywacyjne, szkolenia zawodowe uwzgl. zdiagnozowane potrzeb i możliwości UP, Job-coaching (dedykowany UP z wyłączeniem os.niepełnosprawnych), wsparcie trenera pracy skier. do UP z niepełnosprawnościami; - działania dedykowane 280 UP: opracowanie planu działań poprojektowych UP.
