The main aim of the project is to halt or reduce the effects of disease processes relating to the musculoskeletal system between 120 inhabitants (36 women, 84 men) for people with spinal conditions (2017 women, men) who are suffering from primary pain in working age, by implementing, between 1 August 2019 and 31 July 2020, a ‘Health Policy Programme for the residents of Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province at the age of -2021 in the field of medical rehabilitation of spinal and traffic conditions’. The target group of the project is resident in the municipality of Węgorzewo, who is eligible for health programmes. In the light of the above, DG PR in PR provides as follows: 1 on education for health: resident of the municipality of Węgorzewo, at the age of working age, i.e. women aged 18-59 and men aged 18-64, 2. for diagnostic tests: resident of the municipality of Węgorzewo, at the age of activity, i.e. women aged 50-59 and men aged 50-64. TASKS: the qualification process for the programme (initial and diagnosis; 6H/os.) therapeutic treatment — medical rehabilitation (5h/os.), activation (36 meetings/os.), health education (6 meetings). MAIN EFFECTS OF THE PROJECT: 1. L. persons having taken up employment after leaving the scheme or having continued employment: 12 (4 women, 8 men). 2. L. people who contributed to the prevention survey thanks to ESF interventions: 48 (14 women, 34 men) MAIN PRODUCTS OF THE PROJECT: 1. L. persons covered by the health programme through the ESF: 120 (36 women, 84 men) 2. L. implemented health programmes relevant to the health needs of the region, including employers: 1 units 3. L. persons aged 50 and over supported by the Programme: 72 (22 women, 50 men) 4. L. therapeutic measures taken — 70 (21K, 49 M) (English)

    Głównym celem projektu jest zahamowanie lub ograniczenie skutków procesów chorobowych dotyczących układu kostno-stawowego, mięśniowego i tkanki łącznej u osób z dolegliwościami bólowymi kręgosłupa wśród 120 mieszkańców (36 kobiet, 84 mężczyzn) gm. Węgorzewo będących w wieku aktywności zawodowej, poprzez wdrożenie w okresie od 1 sierpnia 2019 r. do 31 lipca 2020 "Programu Polityki Zdrowotnej dla mieszkańców woj. warmińsko-mazurskiego w wieku aktywności zawodowej na lata 2017-2021 w zakresie rehabilitacji medycznej schorzeń kręgosłupa oraz narządów ruchu". GRUPĘ DOCELOWĄ w ramach projektu stanowią mieszkańcy gminy Węgorzewo w wieku aktywności zawodowej kwalifikujące się do programów zdrowotnych. W związku z powyższym GD w PR stanowią: 1. w zakresie edukacji prozdrowotnej: os. zamieszkujące gminę Węgorzewo w wieku aktywności zawodowej, tj. kobiety w wieku 18-59 lat i mężczyźni w wieku 18-64 lat, 2. w zakresie badań diagnostycznych: os. zamieszkujące gminę Węgorzewo w wieku aktywności zawodowej, tj. kobiety w wieku 50-59 lat i mężczyźni w wieku 50-64 lat. ZADANIA: proces kwalifikacji do programu (badania wstępne i diagnoza; 6h/os.), działania terapeutyczne - rehabilitacja medyczna (5h/os.), aktywizacja ruchowa (36 spotkań/os.), edukacja zdrowotna (6 spotkań). GŁÓWNE EFEKTY PROJEKTU: 1. L. osób, które po opuszczeniu programu podjęły pracę lub kontynuowały zatrudnienie: 12 os. (4 kobiet, 8 mężczyzn). 2. L. osób, które dzięki interwencji EFS zgłosiły się na badanie profilaktyczne: 48 os. (14 kobiet, 34 mężczyzn) GŁÓWNE PRODUKTY PROJEKTU: 1. L. osób objętych programem zdrowotnym dzięki EFS: 120 os. (36 kobiet, 84 mężczyzn) 2. L. wdrożonych programów zdrowotnych istotnych z punktu widzenia potrzeb zdrowotnych regionu, w tym pracodawców: 1 szt. 3.
