Projekt řeší celkovou revitalizaci bytového domu č.p. 157/23 umístěného na p.č. st. 1165 v k.ú. Cheb a zahrnuje zateplení obálky budovy tzn. zateplení fasády, stropu nad 1.PP a nad 5.NP, výměnu otvorových prvků včetně výměny krytiny a opravy krovu a modernizaci otopné soustavy. Součástí celkových stavebních úprav je i modernizace vnitřních prostor , jejíž náklady jsou zahrnuty v nezpůsobilých výdajích. (Czech)

The project deals with the overall revitalisation of the apartment building no. 157/23 located on p.č. st. 1165 in k.ú. Cheb and includes insulation of the building envelopes, i.e. façade insulation, ceiling above 1PP and above 5th floor, replacement of hole elements including covering replacement and roof repair and modernisation of heating system. The modernisation of interior spaces, the costs of which are included in ineligible expenditures, are part of the overall construction modifications. (English)
