The objective is to improve key competences. SP in Bhutan and the right attitudes and skills needed in the labour market, developing the skills of the student. It is a response to a low level of proficiency in mathematics and subjects at school, as well as inadequate equipment. Insufficient level of skills, aptitudes and qualifications in the field of employment — an experiment, a project and a work with an U capable of children with disabilities. They will be put in place in order to develop key competences, as well as compensatory and dyslexia. They will also be equipped with pre-equipment., mats, therapy. The implementation of the project will have the effect of raising the key competences of the key, the relevant attitudes and skills needed in the labour market and developing a personalised approach to the student with special needs. This will have an impact on improving the quality of general education through the creation of a learning environment at school, which will directly increase their key competences, as well as providing teachers with the opportunity to train and improve their skills in order to improve the quality of schools in the above areas. The purpose of the project is integrated and is part of the project: “The increase in the quality of educational services aimed at the development of skills for the labour market in the area of ITI — Elbląg,” in accordance with Resolution No 6/2016 of the Steering Committee of the ZIT Union dated 6 May 2016.     Celem proj. jest podniesienie kompetencji kluczowych ucz. SP w Błudowie oraz właściwych postaw i umiejętności niezbędnych na rynku pracy, rozwijanie kompetencji ucz. w zakresie przedmiotów mat.- przyr. z wykorzystaniem eksperymentu, rozw. indywidualnego podejścia do U, szczególnie ze specj. potrzebami edu., podniesienie komp. zaw. n-li i oraz R., którzy wezmą udział w warsztatach rozwijających komp. wychow. i umiejętności pomocy dzieciom w pokonywaniu trudności w nauce. Proj. jest odpowiedzią na niski poziom kompetencji ucz. w zakresie matemat. i przedmiotów przyr. w szkole oraz niedostateczne wyposażenie szkol. pracowni w narzędzia do naucz. przed. przyr., matematyki i terapii pedagog. Niewystarczający poziom kompetencji, umiej. i kwalifikacji n-li w zakresie pracy metodą eksperymentu, projektu oraz pracy z U zdolnym, dziećmi niepełnosprawnymi. Realizowane będą zad. rozwijające kompetencje kluczowe, zaj. wyrównawcze i terapia dysleksji. Zostaną również doposażone pracownie przed. przyr., mat., terapii ped. i naucz. zint. Realizacja projektu wpłynie na podniesienie u U.. kompetencji klucz., właściwych postaw i umiejętności niezbędnych na rynku pracy oraz rozwój zindywidualizowanego podejścia do ucznia za specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi. Wpłynie to na podniesienie jakości w obszarze kształcenia ogólnego poprzez stworzenie w szkole warunków do naucz ek.sperymentalnego, co bezpośrednio przełoży się na wzrost poziomu ich kompetencji klucz,, jak również zapewnienie nauczycielom możliwości szkolenia i doskonalenia umiejętności zawod. w celu poprawy jakości szkół w ww. obszarach. Proj. ma charakter zintegrowany i jest częścią przedsięwzięcia pn. „Wzrost jakości usług edukacyjnych ukierunkowanych na rozwój kompetencji pożądanych na rynku pracy na obszarze ZIT Elbląga”, zgodnie z Uchwałą nr 6/2016 Komitetu Sterującego Związku ZIT z dn. 6 maja 2016.
