The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of those aged 30 and over who are unemployed in the county. The main result of the project will be the employment of 105 people registered in the Poviat Labour Office in Starachowice. The project will support persons over the age of 30 who fulfil the conditions for participation in the project according to the access criterion. Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English) | |||

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez pracy w powiecie starachowickim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 105 osób zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Starachowicach. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby powyżej 30 roku życia spełniające warunki uczestnictwa w projekcie zgodnie z kryterium dostępu. W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
